- twenty nine

though most of the day was taken up by packing and preparing for the car ride, we had fun. i enjoyed picking out clothes for him and for some odd reason, i somehow enjoyed complaining about how gross he was for deciding against taking deodorant, and i enjoyed the bewildered faces he'd make at the many skincare products i packed.

we went out to buy gasoline for his car, and once we finished everything, it was already 10 PM.

of course, if we would have woken up at any time before 1 PM, we'd have free time. but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

"i'm so excited!" i cheered to him outside our rooms before the both of us were going to head to bed.

"it's cause i'm going," sehun commented.

"no, it's cause i get to see toto!" i grinned. "but yeah, i guess part of the excitement is because of you."

"wow!" sehun exaggerated. "i guess you love toto more than me."

"actually," i began. "toto is my sister's dog."

"huh?"

"i felt bad for saying he was mine when he's actually not. i just thought you'd change your mind about going to seoul if i mentioned i didn't have a dog."

unexpectedly, sehun laughed. "you really thought i'd go against going to seoul with you just cause of that?" sehun asked to which i slowly nodded. "i was joking. of course i'd go!? but i still wanna meet toto."

"sure!"

"i don't think i've gone to sleep so early since i graduated high school, but we should sleep now since we have to be awake early tomorrow," sehun explained.

agreeing, i nodded. "let's see how that works out."
