Concealed in the shadows was where she remained, and she would scarce emerge from them. She was content, for the most part, with being alone all the time. She had long since convinced herself that she didn't care that she had such a hard time letting people in.
She stayed hidden in the shadows and only emerged from them when the sun was much too bright for her to stay hidden.
