Don't care

He didn't care. All he wanted was to be told those sweet lies by her that he was her only one, that she loved him endlessly, that when she didn't come home she was out with her friends but alas, he knew the truth. Despite that he couldn't let her go. He kept her and drunk her like poison. His fix that he was dangerously addicted to. He lived off of her.
He knew she was seeing someone else, that her feelings for him were long dead but his feelings for her were still as strong as the day he first saw her, more even.
What could he do?! He couldn't lose her yet she wasn't his to lose anymore. All he could do was be tormented by his imagination and his naïve dreams. The truth was she didn't love him anymore but he didn't have the courage to care...
