Beauty such chaos holds. A duel of the wind and rain against thunder and lightning. One a sign of life, cleansing, new beginnings; the other raging bellows and striking fear into the hearts of many. The clouds roared and skies cried, showing their rage and sorrow over what the world below had become. A mess of hate, fear, bigotry, cruelty, merciless negativity. It seemed that no matter how many rainstorms ensued, these sins would not be cleansed. No matter how much the heavens cried, no one would answer their call, no one would listen. No matter how much lightning danced among the clouds, this dark world wouldn't be brightened with light.
Cool winds caressed in comfort and reassurance that times would change, there would be a better tomorrow but the storms brewing begged to differ.
