"I GIVE UP!" She yelled. "I'm done with all of this! I can't take anymore of it. All the stories, the accusations, the rumours, all of it." She continued. "It's alright..." He said trying to calm her down but unfortunately failed. "Alright?! Nothing is alright! I'm being ridiculed by people I don't even know. People think I'm doing things which I've never even imagined doing. Apparently I'm in a relationship which I don't even know about, I'm running away with some guy and oh, I'm in love with someone" she stated with clear distaste of these rumours. He tried to talk but she cut him off. "How can people even believe this bullshit?! Instead of actually trying to ask about the truth they assume and spread on these stories. People who I've never even talked to are spinning stories about me. I've had enough of this!" She shouted as she collapsed on to the nearest chair trying to furiously wipe away the tears. Finally he got a chance to speak up. "You don't need to get so frustrated about what people think or say. It's their job to talk and bring others down. What matters is that the people who are important in your life know the truth. They know you're not like what these rumours portray you to be. You're amazing. Don't let people make you think otherwise."
Through her hiccups she managed to muster the words,"You're right...You believe me right?" He bent down in front of her and looked into her glistening eyes. For a moment she felt as though his eyes showed his soul. "I'll always believe you and I know those stories are just that, stories. Don't doubt this for a second. You're everything and I'm not just going to believe whatever people say about the person who is everything to me." He spoke gently. Slowly, she was able to calm down and stop the stream of tears. With her eyes still glassy, she met his gaze and a smile slowly crept onto her lips. "Thank you...It's better knowing that you won't turn your back on me and become part of the crowd." She spoke so softly that her voice was barely heard. He smiled back at her as he spoke, "No need to thank me. Just telling you what's true." With this her smile grew as she rest her head against his shoulder. "Thank you..." She sighed. Both of them sat peacefully enjoying the comfortable silence, the only sound being their synced breathing and beating hearts.
