"We'll be back, we promise. Don't cry, we'll be back." She told me as she stroked my hair lovingly. "But Mommy! I down want you to leave! I sobbed as I rubbed my eyes with my little hands. "Honey, it's time to go." My dad said as he pulled my mom away from me. "Mom, no!" I shrieked as they drove off, leaving me alone.

The memory faded as I clutched my head. "Make it stop!" I sobbed quietly as the Earth continued to quake beneath me. The memories kept flooding back to me. They were attacking me, screaming with lethal pitches. "Make it stop!" I shouted as I began to bang my head against the wall beside me. I felt someone grip my wrist and looked up to find Liam.

Tears streamed down my face as my sobs became louder and I cried on his shoulder.  A doctor and nurse came rushing in right before I was about to take the IV out and leave. "No! Leave me alone!" I shrieked as I clawed at them. They called for back up and I was held down. "No! Stop! Leave me alone!" I shrieked once more. The light began to dim as my eyes began to feel heavy.

I heard Liam whisper sweet nothings in my ear as the doctor held me down. I was a mess, clawing, screeching, sobbing, a complete mess. One question lingered in my mind though....Why is Liam being so comforting?
