Chapter 180

            "YOU FUCKIN' CUNT!"

"Liam!" I cried as he sprung forward and knocked Noel right down on the ground.

But it was no use.

"You fuckin' took 'er from me, ya prick!" He screamed as he slugged his brother right in the face. "You fuckin'-"

"Alright! That's enough!" Peggy barked clearly worn out from being up in the middle of the night and watching this all go down.

I helped her pull Liam off Noel. He stood there blowing out through his nose like a bull while Noel lay on the floor wincing in pain as he covered his face with his hands.

"You fuckin'!" Liam yelled again as he kicked at his brother.

"Stop it!" I snapped as I yanked back on his shoulder.

He turned around to face me while pointing back at Noel. "He's the one who-"

"Go back upstairs!" I ordered as I pointed in the direction. "Now!"

He tutted. "Wanker!" He muttered at Noel before doing as I instructed.

Noel sat up still rubbing his eye.

"Are you okay?" I asked as I watched him.

"Yeah." He replied with a slight hiss.

"Here." Peggy said softly as she handed him a frozen bag of peas.

"Thanks." He took it from her and pressed it against his left eye. "I suggest you go and sort him out." He pointed upstairs. "Before he punches a fuckin' hole in the wall or summat."

I took off upstairs and found Liam pacing back and forth in the bedroom.

"He's a fuckin'-"

"Stop yelling!" I scolded him.

He tutted as he shook his head.

I rolled my eyes. "It's time for bed. For real this time."

He stood by the bed while I walked over to him. I helped him back out of his clothes.

"I'm sorry, Blue." He said as I pulled his sweatpants and boxers down. "Honest! I-"

"Just!" I pointed at the bed.

He crawled in and I was right behind him. I gasped as he wrapped both arms around me and squeezed me as tight as he could.

"I thought I'd lost you again!" He exclaimed as he buried his face in the side of my neck. "I woke up and you were gone and...I just need you. I need you so fuckin' much!" He gripped me even more.

"Ease up, Liam!" I said as I pushed him away. "I can't breathe."

"No! No!" He squeezed again. "Just 'til I fall asleep. Please! Just 'til I fall asleep."

He fell asleep but it wasn't peacefully. He kept fidgeting and wincing. His head had to have been spinning. I couldn't imagine the kinds of dreams he was having.

I dozed off and on until the morning never leaving his side or trying to pry myself out of his grasp. My focus became trying to comfort him before it was time to head back to London.

"You remember that staycation we talked about?" I asked when he finally opened his eyes as I stroked the side of his head above his ear.
