Kakashi

Naruto had created a rather large hole in the hotel. Yamato had managed to use his wood techniques to reinforce the structure and capture Madara. I stood slightly behind him, chidori in hand but Madara didn't seem to care.

"Should have figured" He noted.

"We won't let you get your hands on Naruto that easily, Madara Uchiha" I thought he would be surprised I had figured it out but he didn't even flinch as he went on speaking. Like I had said nothing at all.

"You did hear what I just said didn't you? There are no attacks that exist that work against Madara Uchiha" He replied simply.

"Even if this is just an astral projection you'll still have to manifest physically to take Naruto, otherwise you can't actually take him. I'll wait for that moment" Yamato replied as created taller wooden beams around us.

"Well I didn't imagine this would be easy, I will admit I have a plan in mind but at this moment I'm only here to talk" He confessed.

"Talk" I demanded.

"I want to know what you did that made Nagato betray me, or how you managed to hold back the Princess from murdering him on the spot. Naruto, you've sparked my intrest" He explained.

"I don't care about what you want, what are you planning to do with Sasuke!?" Naruto shouted in response.

"Sasuke huh" He repeated and seemed to mull it over.

"Very well, I'll tell you. The story of Sasuke Uchiha, but Sasuke's story can't be told without telling Itachi's so first I'll tell you the truth about Itachi" I felt my stomach drop. Rin had strict orders that this wouldn't be repeated again.

"We've fallen too far behind; we don't have time for this." I Interrupted.

"Fallen to far behind?" Madara questioned then chuckled.

"So she's already there? Well Sasuke will reach her long before the three of you can catch up. As Rin has said before, it's a family matter. Let's let them sort it out" He replied.

"There's no need to be afraid of Sasuke killing her, I've given orders for her capture and I need her alive"

"Stay away from Rin" I replied shortly, inching the chidori closer to his face but he chuckled again.

"So, she hasn't even told you why I'm still after her." He said simply. I wanted to ignore it, I knew he was trying to keep us here but before I could stop myself the question already left my lips.

"Why?"

"As I said" He replied.

"Sasuke and Rin's story all begin with Itachi's truth."

Rin

It had taken about two days to reach the Land of Iron. In that time Danzo had received a message from Sai, Torune nearly caught me as me when I stepped out of the shower at our hotel and I was beginning to worry that Kakashi and the others had gotten too far out of range.
