I have big plans for the next week leading up to Christmas. I'm hoping to maybe announce the winner of the pole in a Christmas special.

"Some back up you three are. If I'd known you'd fall so far behind I wouldn't have asked for your help" We turned at the sound of the voice. Rin stood with Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro.

"R-Rin" I stammered.

"So, what's the excuse?" She demanded and I knew she was a little upset.

"We ran into some trouble, Madara wanted to speak to us or rather to Naruto" I explained and her eyebrow raised.

"Madara, what did he..." Her sentence was cut short as Naruto pulled her into a tight embrace. Rin seemed stunned as she kept her arms at her sides, she looked to me for an explanation and I sighed.

"He knows" I explained briefly and her eyes widened.

"And uh we know too" I went on.

"Know...?" She said slowly and Naruto let her go. He rested his hands on her shoulders as he looked down at her.

"Not just about your clan but that you're a host Rin" He explained.

"Naruto!" I scolded.

"No, No, it's fine they know too. That I'm a host" She said quickly.

"How?" I asked and she sighed.

"Madara showed up at the summit, he announced it to everyone" She explained.

"And I-I was going to tell you Kakashi. You were the first person I wanted to tell after I found out but I was out of commission and we were dealing with the aftermath of Pein's attack, it just didn't work out. " She added quickly.

"It's fine Rin, I know you would have if you could" I dismissed and she smiled slightly before looking to Gaara.

"Sorry Gaara" She seemed to realize he was still there.

"They're here to explain what happened at the Kage summit" She went on.

"And um I have some business to attend too"

"Business?" I questioned.

"ANBU business"

"ANBU?" Yamato questioned and she glanced at me. I nodded slightly.

"Just a moment Lord Gaara. Rin and I need to have quick chat" I said excusing us. I followed her a small way away from the group, enough that we were out of range of their hearing.

"So what is it exactly that you're doing?" I asked.

"I'm going after Danzo"

"Rin, I know you don't like him and with good reason but killing him..."

"He stole Shisui's Sharingan Kakashi. That's a crime under our village laws, it's a crime against my clan. The same consequences should stand if it were the Byakugan" She argued.

"Besides the other Kage don't trust him either and with what he's done he won't be in power for much longer"

"I understand Rin, but regardless we need to be careful. We need to play by..."
