In Pokemon Emerald, when talking to Steven in Meteor Falls before you battle him, he makes an error. He talks of the encounter in the Sootopolis City space center. The space center is actually in Mossdeep city, this dialog may result from the encounter the player has with him in Sootopolis in Ruby/Sapphire.
