In Pokémon RB and FRLG, a Super Nintendo Entertainment System can be found connected to a television in Saffron City. If the player interacts with the SNES, a message will appear saying:
"A game with Mario wearing a bucket on his head."
This is a reference to the Japanese-exclusive game Mario & Wario, which was a game developed by Game Freak.
Also, besides this, there's another reference to a Nintendo game present in Pokémon X and Y, as there's a pre-schooler named, Mia, who makes a reference to Navi from The Legend of Zelda series; before battling, she'll say:
"Hey! Hey! Listen!"
