When Pokémon was a concept, artwork showed that originally Trainers could buy Pokémon for money. This idea was later changed to the Game Corner.

• Old Fact: Platinum/Titanium was a proposed 3rd installment for GS, but was dropped, because its respective Legendary didn't make the list of the "100 new Pokémon" (which was supposed to be Latias, with Latios design).
