Phantump:
"According to old tales, these Pokemon are stumps possessed by the spirits of children who died while lost in the forest."
Since these Pokemon are not Legendary, they are hordes everywhere in Pokemon. The concept would mean that everyone of the seemingly infinite number of Phantump out there are collections of dead kid spirits that can be caught by people to fight. And also every time you defeat a Phantump, you are actually laying waste to a group of eternally-lost kid spirits.
