Author's Note: Okay, this is now the enrollment form. I will post the prologue soon, with surprises in it, of course. Para sa mga may character na among the Twelve Survivors, isa lang muna ang pwede niyong I-enroll. I'll let you know kung kakailangan talaga ng additional, kapag hindi umabot sa kailangan ko after three weeks. Sa mga bago lang, hanggang tatlong characters ang pwede niyong I-enroll. At siguro, huwag na kayong gumawa muna ng mga characters na magiging third wheel sa six couples ng Twelve Survivors. Iba na kasi yung twelve survivors, wala na talaga silang iwanan, isang tropa na talaga sila at yung six couples, loyal na sa isa't isa. #AJYuri, #NoeChi, #ArCane, #HeaMuel, #AiFy at yung love team lang na parehas pang mga virgin, ang #KaneTellia. Saka, isipin niyo rin. Maraming maiinis sa mga third wheel character, maraming magmumungkahi sa akin na patayin na sila, ganon. And I do not want that to happen. Kawawa kayo, pati na ako included by that matter. So..yeah. Sana, bago kayo mag-enroll dito, nabasa niyo yung description ng story, for you to be aware. Ilagay niyo na ito sa mga Library at Reading List ninyo. By the way, kung sino pwedeng gumawa ng cover, I-send sa akin through Facebook, A M Sy Hermosa ang pangalan ko. Full Name: (Think of a unique name as well, huwag yung super common like John Santos, Mark Reyes, ganon. Mas mabuti kung something people rarely hear or even never knew about. Saka, habaan din naman. Baka mga Jay Tan lang, habaan din ng konti, kung pwede! At kung pwede rin, lagyan niyo na rin ng middle initial, since nilalagay ko talaga yun sa mga class list!)

Nickname: (What do we call you? Make it look unique, catchy and fun, as much as possible.)

Age: (How old are you? Ages of 17-22 only. This time, the characters will vary in their ages, so it's up to you of what age will be your character, from 17-22 years old.)

Appearance: (Huwag gagamit ng adjectives lang. Describe everything in you, from head to toe, if possible.)

Personality: (Habaan ninyo ang tungkol sa kauugalian ninyo, okay? Para mas maintindihan. At huwag yung puro cold-hearted, warfreak, secretive na lang ng basta basta, since common na common yung mga ganon. Pwede naman, pero, give more description of it, para mas alam ko, kasi naiiba ko yung mga personality ng mga character na ganon, eh. Baka mainis kayo sa akin kung bakit ganon, so, yeah.)

Groups: (This is where you belong. Pick one, and I will be the one to decide about your character's signature weapon, which will be based on the group you chose him/her to be at. But feel free to include the signature weapon in any field in this form, whether it will be accepted, or not.)

AJ Magnifico and Yuri Sandoval are the only characters with no group, since they are the highest of all, the two leaders of the whole group, all combined. The two are considered as "Generalists".

Assaults

-The ones who knows how to use weapons like guns, arrows, swords, knives, and more.

-They are also the ones who has the most tremendous athleticism and the best in fighting. Hence, they are considered to be the "strongest" and "fastest" of all.

-The Assaults are always aiding the Explorers, being on their back whenever they are on their stealth missions to discover more of the whole labyrinth, ready to be back-up when there is danger coming through.

-The group is led by Raffy Pangilinan and Aila Hancher.
