Winter had come, and it was Joshua's favorite season. All 'cause it turned the city around them into some kind of wonderland. It also meant, that he could take his clumsy husband out on romantic walks, or try ice skating (that one probably wasn't a good idea). Though, tonight, he decides dinner and a walk would be perfect for a winter date night.

The snow swirled around them as they quietly walked through the park, snowflakes landing lightly in Tyler's fluffy mess of hair, making a makeshift crown upon his head. Joshua laughed softly as the taller boy tried and failed to fit under Joshua's arm, like he did back when they were 18.

"Babe, you're too tall," Joshua chuckled fondly, grinning at his pouting husband who looked disappointed at the fact. "I miss being shorter than you," Tyler whined, hip bumping into Joshua's as they walked. "I miss that too. However, without your tallness, no-one would be able to reach the cookie jar." Joshua said matter-of-factly, pulling Tyler to a stop.

He gave the slightly taller boy a sweet kiss before standing in front of him leaning over a little. Tyler let out a little squeal and launched himself up onto Joshua's back; Joshua caught his long legs and hefted him up easily. Tyler's long body pressed warmly to his back. Joshua starting walking again, following the snowy path watching his surroundings as it grows darker, as the sun set; luckily the large lamps flickered on around them, lighting up their way.

Tyler was happily humming to himself, his face tucked into Joshua's neck. It tickled a little, but go more obvious when Tyler started to make exaggerated munching noises into Joshua's neck. Joshua laughed trying to tilt his head into Tyler's to make him stop. "Stop it, you minx," Joshua growled playfully, but Tyler continued to munch, so Joshua did what he had to. He started to spin, making Tyler gasp and giggle.

They ended up in the snowy grass, Joshua's back to Tyler's chest as they heaved with laughter. Joshua flipped over hovering over his younger husband. "Well, well Snow White, what do you think you're doing?" Joshua asked pulling Tyler into him giving him some of his warmth.

Tyler simply smiled up at Joshua, watching as snowflakes caught on Joshua's long lashes.

"Tasting," Tyler finally said to a fond Joshua, who was now brushing his hand through Tyler's snow-flaked hair.

"You're such a dork," Joshua decided, fitting their lips together in a sweet winter kiss, breaking out in laughter as Tyler started humming Winter Wonderland under his breath.

"Joshy, I can't feel my butt," Tyler whispered against the older boy's lips, who huffed a laugh at the statement. "I can fix that," Joshua teased hoisting himself up and pulling Tyler with him, Tyler's Bambi legs nearly causing him to end back up on the snow covered grass. Luckily for Tyler, his husband was quick with reflexes, catching and correcting him.
