I woke up to Deja sitting up and then standing onto her feet, I cleared my throat before she took off her outer clothing.

"Do you mind if I shower?" She looked at me, I slightly shook my head.

We must've dozed off last night after the cash seizure.

She unclipped her bra before she was completely bare.

She went into my considerably sized shower compared to my whole home.

"You can join me, if you want." She offered as she wetted down her hair, her sun kissed skin seemed to be calling my name as I stood from the couch where we fell asleep.

I slowly walked over towards her with the steam spreading, she looked up at me with a smile playing on her lips.

She laughed softly before she took my hand in hers, I smiled as I stepped partway into the shower.

All of my clothes were on and she was completely naked.

I brought my hands up to her jawline as my sleeves got wet, I smiled before bringing our lips together.

I felt her hands starting to unbutton my shirt.

We broke apart for a second with her bright smile contagious as ever, "You're shirt is getting all wet." She giggled.

"Hell if I care." I smiled before she brought her lips to my neck and kissed me along my jawline before she got my shirt off.

She kissed along my shoulder before smiling and bringing her lips back to mine, "I love you." She mumbled between kisses.

"I love you, too." I spoke against her lips, since that day we've seemed to squeeze those three words in whenever we could, not taking this love for granted anymore.

"So, this cartel case, it was probably the Juarez, right?" I asked curiously as I sat at my desk with Bailey and Murtaugh.

"Uh-uh, you ain't getting involved with that." Murtaugh said waving his finger around, "I forbid you." He said and I scoffed.

"Forbid her to what?" Riggs of course walked in and joined the conversation.

"Getting involved with the cartel." Murtaugh said as I looked up at Riggs, smiling because I loved him.

"I second the vote. Forbidden." Riggs pointed at me.

"All I'm saying is that no one has ever known this much about the cartel in a long time, especially Juarez." I shrugged.

"Hey, hey, hey, you do not want to get involved with them, okay? I've lost too many good officers to their curiosity." Riggs spoke and I sighed.

"You guys are right. Just tell me if you get anything else on it." I spoke as I went back to my boring work.

Bailey and Murtaugh left for a case as I slumped in my chair.
