Katie, Rick, Glenn, and Maggie walked out into the porch of Barrington house.

Rick put his arm around Katie's waist, pulling her into his side as they watched the Hilltop residents burn their dead.

"They have food. We don't. We don't have enough of anything. Except us. What we can do. This is the trade," Rick said, turning around to face Maggie and Glenn.

"It's going to cost us something," Maggie said quietly.

"It could cost us everything," Katie said, agreeing with Maggie.

The door opened beside them and Jesus walked into the porch.

"Gregory wants to talk to you," Jesus said.

Rick started to walk forward, but Jesus put his hand out to stop him.

"To Maggie and Katie. He wants to talk to Maggie and Katie," Jesus clarified.

"You got this," Glenn whispered to Maggie.

"Deanna was right about you two. You two are leaders," Rick said to them.

They smiled back at him.

Katie and Maggie followed Jesus back into the house.

"I'm sorry in advance. Gregory can be a real prick sometimes," Jesus apologized.

"Oh we know," Maggie said.

"You got that right, sister," Katie said with a chuckle.

Katie and Maggie walked into Gregory's bedroom.

"Sorry for the gloom. I'm on antibiotics that make me sensitive to the light," Gregory said.

"God, it feels like my intestines are getting twisted by a cement truck," Gregory whined.

"You'll live," Katie said.

"It could've been much worse," Maggie added.

"You're lucky we were here," Katie said, crossing her arms across her chest.

"If my husband hadn't jumped in to save your ass, you might not be sitting here right now. The way I see it, you owe us," Katie said.

"I take it that Jesus told you about our deal," Maggie said.

"Yes," Gregory replied.

"If you give us supplies, we'll get your man back and kill Negan and his boys," Maggie said.

"We've dealt with people like Negan before," Maggie said.

"How?" Gregory asked.

"They're dead," Katie snapped.

"Okay," Gregory sighed.

"We want half. If Negan and his men keep taking more and more, you won't have enough left. So, we want half of everything you have right now or the deal's off," Maggie said.

"No," Gregory said.

"The last man who refused to give me half of his supplies didn't like what happened next. Let's just say, his body was left in the forest, full of lead. As were the bodies of his entire group. I killed about twenty people in a matter of seconds. I don't suggest that you provoke me," Katie snapped.

"You know, it's funny. Earlier today you both balked at the idea of working in return for supplies. And now look at where we are. I had leverage and I used it," Gregory said, chuckling.

"Like, I said. Half of everything right now or the deal is off. See, I have leverage," Maggie said in a mock polite tone.

"Congratulations. You have yourself a deal," Gregory said quietly, clapping for them sarcastically.

"I hope you like what you see, Cassandra. I made sure to take the shirt off just for you," Gregory said suggestively.

Katie scoffed and rolled her eyes.

The women exited his bedroom as quickly as possible.

They reported back to Rick and the group started collecting supplies for the Hilltop residents.

It would be a few more hours before they left for Negan's compound.

Katie was carrying a basket of wheat to the RV, when Glenn and Maggie walked up to her.

"Hey, Katie! Glenn and I are headed to the medical trailer. Will you come with us? It just seems right that our best friend is there. Besides, you're gonna be the baby's godmother so I want you to be there for this!" Maggie said with a smile.

"You want me to be the godmother?" Katie asked, a big smile forming on her face.

"We wouldn't want it to be anyone else but you and Rick," Glenn said, a small smile playing on his lips.

Katie smiled at them.

"Of course I'll come," Katie said excitedly.

The three of them walked to the medical trailer together.

Maggie laid down on the bed and Harlan got out the ultrasound machine.

"I'm just gonna warn you now, this gel is colder than Antarctic water," Harlan said with a chuckle.

"I can handle it," Maggie laughed.

Glenn squeezed her hand gently.

Katie sat in a chair in the corner of the room.

Harlan placed the transducer probe on Maggie's stomach.

Katie smiled when she heard the baby's heartbeat.

Glenn and Maggie broke out into huge smiles.

Harlan printed out a picture of the sonogram.

Glenn and Maggie admired the picture.

"Are you sure you don't want this, Katie?" Maggie said with a chuckle.

"I never said I didn't want it. I just said that I'm not pregnant now and I'm not going to get pregnant," Katie said with a chuckle.

"Oh come on. What if you're pregnant right now and you don't even know it," Maggie laughed.

"I think I would know if I were pregnant, Mags," Katie said with a laugh.

"And I'll prove it to you right now. Harlan, hook me up," Katie said, sitting down next to Maggie, leaning on Maggie's chest.

Maggie was hysterically laughing behind her.

Katie knew she wasn't going to be pregnant.

She wanted to prove a point.

She was stubborn as hell and she wanted to show Glenn and Maggie physical proof that she wasn't pregnant.

"You want to know what you're gonna see up on that screen? Not a damn thing. This uterus is cold and empty--" Katie started to say.

She was cut off by the cold gel touching her bare skin.

"See what did I say? Nothi---" Katie started.

She heard a sound coming from the ultrasound speaker, which cut off her sentence.

"What the hell is that?" Katie asked quickly.

"Well, Katie, congratulations, you're pregnant," Harlan said slowly.
