a/n: This is short and probably really bad but I feel terrible today.

:austin:

"Austin, you coming to hang out with us later?" Brad a guy from my sociology class asks as we walk out from our final.

"Can't" I shrug "Told my girl I'd take her out tonight" I say, and he rolls his eyes with a huff.

"She seems to be making you cancel a lot lately" He points out "What ever happened to bros before hoes?"

"It's still a thing" I shrug "But I'm not canceling for a hoe, I'm canceling for my girlfriend. And my girlfriend, is not a hoe" I walk off to my dorm room, unlocking the door. I smile when I see her asleep, knowing that she's been under a lot of stress, and hasn't been sleeping much.

I drop my bag onto the floor and climbing into bed beside Griffin, wrapping my arms around her. I kiss her cheek, and put my face into her neck, sighing in content.

It's been two weeks and the only person to call her is Tiana. Her mother hasn't even bothered. I know she thinks I mind her being here, but I honestly don't. I'd rather her be here with me, where I can help her. Than her being somewhere else doing god knows what.

She rolls over, snuggling closer to me, clutching my shirt tightly in her hand and I chuckle, kissing her forehead. Her eyes flutter open, and I smile slightly "Good morning, Sunshine" I coo, and she rolls her eyes "Wow, that's all I get?"

"You woke me up" She mumbles groggily.

"Because I wanted to see your pretty eyes" I pinch her cheek and she swats my hand away "Griffin, why won't you love me?" I pout, and she giggles quietly, before clearing her throat.

"Because you're a loser and won't change my name in your phone from Baby Bean" She narrows her eyes playfully at me.

"You secretly love it" I whisper against her cheek before kissing it "Right, Baby Bean?" I coo, and she rolls her eyes.

"Gosh, you're ruining my street cred" She facepalms and I laugh.

"What street cred?"

"The cred I had before meeting you. Now I'm like marshmallow soft" She frowns, and I grin, kissing her nose.

"I'm sure you can pull insults out of your ass if you wanted to"

"Probably, but the effect of making fun of you isn't the same as it used to be"

"Good" I nod, sliding my hand into hers "So, what do you want to do today?" I ask, and she shrugs, wrapping her arms around waist.

"Have sex and eat chips" She giggles, and I laugh loudly.

"As long as you don't get crumbs in my bed this time"

"No promises" She shakes her head.

"Mm, okay" I hum, kissing her cheek.

"Ew stop kissing me. I have a boyfriend!" She scoffs playfully, and I cup her face.

"Too bad" I kiss her lips repeatedly and she groans.

"Gross" She wipes her mouth and I chuckle, placing my hand that was on her cheek onto her hip.

"Let's go somewhere, I want to get you outside" I climb out of bed.

"I don't wan-"

"Nope, we're leaving" I lift her up "Now go get your cute ass in the shower" I kiss her cheek, slapping her butt as she walks towards the bathroom. She shakes her head and walk into the bathroom, flipping me off as she shuts the door, and locks it before I can chase after her.

I hear her laughing as I bang on the door "That wasn't nice" I whine.

"Loser!" She yells.

I grin, and reach above the door, grabbing the key and unlocking it as quietly as possible, quickly opening the door and wrapping my arms tightly around her, making her squeal.

"Austin! No" She yells, as I tickle her sides.

"You going to say sorry?" I ask, and she shakes her head, a giggle leaving her mouth. I tickle her more and she laughs uncontrollably.

"Austin please"

"It's easy to say, repeat after me, sorry" I say slowly.

"Fuck you" She says, and I bite her shoulder, making her gasp "You're a kinky little shit, aren't you?" She pokes my nose and I roll my eyes, letting her go.

"Get in the shower so we can leave" I chuckle, and she turns around to face me, placing her hand on the back of my neck and pulling me in for a kiss.

"Aye, aye Captain" She salutes, and I kiss her again before leaving the bathroom. I shut the door behind me, and walk over to my bed, falling onto the mattress. I scroll through my phone, waiting for Griffin to get out of the shower and when she does, she comes out in only a towel, her hair in a ponytail.

She grabs clothes and walks back into the bathroom to change, coming back out and standing at the end of the bed "Ready?" She asks, and I nod, putting on my shoes and walking out of my dorm room, her following me.

"Austin! Funny, I was just coming to get you" Brad walks over to me, and I roll my eyes.

"I told you I was busy"

"Oh, come on" Brad chuckles "Your girl can come with" He shrugs, and I bite my lip at him calling Griffin my girl. I told him she was this morning, but she really isn't.

"I told you, I can't" I take Griffins hand in mine, pulling her away from Brad and towards the exit if my residence hall.

"So, your girl, huh? When did that happen?" She asks with a smirk, and a raised eyebrow.
