"I'm going to go to the store" I smack Griffin's butt as I get up from bed. She squeals and smacks my arm.

"You fucking asshole! That hurt"

"Sorry" I shrug, kissing her forehead "Wanna come?"

"No, I'm looking at puppies" She shows me her phone screen "This one's my favorite" She shows me one of the puppies, and cute smile on her face.

"We'll have more puppy talk when I get back" I slide on my shoes, and put my phone into my pocket. She nods and locks her phone, sitting up in bed.

"I won't be long" I stand between her legs, cupping her cheeks.

"Take all the time you need. I want to get away from you for as long as possible" She smiles, placing her hands on my hips.

"Aw, Baby. I love you more" I nudge my nose along her, and she giggles. I kiss her quickly and smile at her "I'll be back" I walk out of the room, grabbing my keys from the kitchen counter and taking the elevator to the ground floor. I walk out to my truck, and drive to the store. I park my car outside of Target, walking inside.

I grab small things we need, like bread and pass the candy aisle, grabbing Griffin chocolate because she's a needy little shit. The more time I think about it, I go and get her ice cream as well, grabbing a blender so we can make milkshakes later. I walk down the frozen aisle and get curly fries.

"Having some troubles?" I hear someone ask, and I turn around seeing a short little blonde girl.

"What?" I ask.

"Comfort foods" She giggles.

"Uh, nope, just restocking" I shrug.

"Oh, well, if you ever need comfort, call me" She winks.

"I have a girlfriend, and if I'm being honest, she's way hotter than you" I say, but her expression doesn't falter.

"I highly doubt it but okay"

"Woah, I'm going to need you to back the fuck up" A familiar voice says, and soon Tiana is standing in front of me.

How the fuck?

"This right here is my best friends boyfriend and I'll fuck you up because he can't and she's not here" She crosses her arms, and I chuckle as Zach walks up beside me, shaking his head.

"Calm down, Babe" Zach wraps an arm around her waist. The girl rolls her eyes and stalks off, and I let out a loud laugh.

"I knew there was a reason I liked you" I say to Tiana, and she just rolls her eyes, shaking her head.

"I've never seen that" Zach chuckles.

"Oops" Tiana shrugs, and I laugh.

"I gotta go now, but uh, you guys should come over sometime. Griff and I just moved into a new place"

"What the fuck? Why wasn't I told?" Tiana scoffs.

"I don't know" I shrug.

"I want the address immediately, I'm coming over tonight"
