"Hey girl." I smiled at Chloe.

She smiled back and wrapped me in a hug, "Hey. How's it going?"

After pulling back from the hug, I smiled once again, "Actually pretty great, how are you?"

Chloe got a dreamy look on her face as we started walking into the mall, "Amazing." I raised my eyebrows and she blushed, "Why is everything so great? What happened?"

I shook my head, "No, what happened to you? You said that you had great news. I want to know."

She looked at the directory in the entrance and pointed out a few stores, "Okay, so while we're here, I want to go to Victoria's Secret, Nordstrom, Aeropostale, Forever 21, and American Eagle."

I nodded, "And I want to go to Spencer's, Zumiez, PacSun, Vans, and Oakley." She nodded also and I groaned, "We have a long day ahead of us."

She nodded, "Most definitely." But then she smiled and grabbed my hand, "Let's go!"

"What. The hell. Is that?"

I looked down at Chloe's hand that was pointing at my neck, "And what the hell is that?" I grabbed her hand and looked at the ring, "Jesus Christ, that's a huge rock." My eyes met Chloe's.

She smiled and ran her hand over it, "I know." She sighed dreamily.

"When'd he ask you?"

She smiled, "Last night."

My eyes widened, "And you didn't tell me!? You should've called!"

She shook her head, "Obviously not! It seems like you were busy. What happened?"

I rolled my eyes, "That's beside the point. How'd he ask you?"

She smiled again and bit her lip, "We were taking a walk last night and he dropped down on one knee on the middle of the park we were in, proposing to me."

I let out a slight 'aww' and She smiled, looking up at me shyly, "Will you be my maid of honor?"

I smiled and wrapped her in a hug, "Of course I will. I'm so happy for you."

She hugged me back, but then pulled away, "But, now with that hickey."

I rolled my eyes but smiled nonetheless, "Well, I should probably tell you..." I closed my eyes but my smile grew, "Ryan and I are together now."

I opened my eyes slightly and Chloe had the biggest smile on her face, "It's about time! Jesus, I've been waiting for this to happen since the day I met you two."

I rolled my eyes and Chloe pulled me down on a near-by bench, "Oh my God, you have to tell me everything."

So I did. I told her what he said that night, taking me to the bar, and the whole thing with my mom yesterday up to what we said last night.

Chloe practically melted on the spot, "Oh my God Skylar. That is so adorable."

I blushed and bit my nails, "Yeah."
