JUSTIN'S POV
I was at my house and went to throw a surprise for my mom because she was so tired from touring and having to put up with me. I was going to clean her whole room. I went to the hall closet to get a vacuum and an old scrap book fell from one of shelves. I took it to the living room and started to flip through it. I saw the usual stuff, me when I was just born and so on. Then I suddenly stopped.
"What?" I muttered to myself.
I was looking at a picture of my mom in the hospital with a baby girl. I'm an only child, right? I guess it must be one of my mom's friend's kids, but I'll ask her about when she gets home just to be sure.
2 HOURS LATER
My mom walked through the door and I was just sitting there on the couch with the scrap book on the coffee table in front me. "Hi Mom. How was your day?"
"Good honey."
"Is there anything that you want to tell me?"
"It was just a normal day Justin. Why all of these questions?"
I picked up the scrap book and walked toward her. "Who is this girl?" I asked while pushing my finger on the scrap book.
"Come sit down Justin." This couldn't be good. "Okay Justin, you're 16 so I think it's time for you to know..."
"Know what?"
"You know how your dad and I got got a divorce when you were three years old?" I nodded. "Well I had another child when you were three." I jumped off the couch.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?"
"I didn't know if you'd be able to handle it."
"Well where is she now?"
"Probably with some other family living a happy life."
"You mean...you put her up for adoption?!" She nodded. "Why?"
"I couldn't afford to keep to keep Victoria."
"So you named her Victoria?"
"Yes. Why?"
"What orphanage did you put her in?"
"St. Mary's home for girls in Toronto." I grabbed my laptop. "Justin? What are you doing?"
"Going to their website." I got on the website and looked at the girls they had up for adoption. The second person who popped up was Victoria Bieber...my sister. "Mom she's still there! Can we go to Toronto and adopt her? Please?"
"Justin, it would be a huge change for her."
I sat down, grabbed her hands in mine, and looked her in the eyes. "Mom we can afford her now. Heck Mom, she's been there for 13 years waiting for a family to adopt her. Why can't it be her birth family?"
"It's not that simple, honey. There's paperwork that has to be done now that we live Atlanta. What if she doesn't even like us because I gave her up?"
"You seem to have forgotten that we're Canadian. We were all born in Canada so it shouldn't be hard." I chuckled. "And remember the movie August Rush?" she nodded. "His mom and dad gave him up and he found them and he still loved them."
"You're right, Justin. I'll go book a flight on you're private jet so we can leave tomorrow and get her."
THE NEXT DAY
"Justin wake up," I heard my mom say.
"Mom it's only 8:00," I whined. "Five more minutes."
"Our flight leaves at 9:30. You don't have five minutes." That was when I remembered: We were going to go get Victoria today. My mom left and I slowly dragged myself out of bed, took a shower, got dressed, brushed my teeth and ate breakfast. Then I ran upstairs to my bedroom and grabbed a backpack. I went to my desk drawer, grabbed my stash of candy and chocolate bars, and threw them in my backpack. It was going to be a long flight and I needed all the energy I could get to not fall asleep. I also went downstairs to the kitchen and put two Mountain Dews in there, too.
"Why do have a bag, Justin?" my mom asked me.
"Umm..." I opened it.
"Candy?! And Mountain Dew?!"
"I need energy! Would you rather have me drink a Red Bull?"
"No. I guess you can bring it because you just got off of tour and I know you're tired. But you know you can sleep on the jet right?"
"I know," I said while getting in the car, a red Ferrari. "Mom, I'm driving."
"Alright. I'm going to fall asleep on the way there anyway." With that being said, she got in and we started driving to the airport.
When we got to the airport, I woke up my mom, and we got on my private jet. On our way to Toronto all I did was retweet fans on Twitter, eat candy, and drink Mountain Dew.
