TORI'S POV

"How are you and Austin doing as friends?" Katie asked me. We've been texting quite a lot actually, but just as friends. We'll text each other stupid pictures we find online, random song lyrics we want to run by the other to make sure that they're good, etc.

"It's going good. I just think it would be awkward dating him, you know?" Katie nodded. I do have a small crush on him, but that's beside the point. The point is that we've been doing this whole friend thing for almost two weeks, and it's working.

"Yeah," Katie said, "I know what you mean. It's kind of like if I were to date Justin. But, now since he's your brother, I know that he's totally off limits."

"You want to date me, eh?" Justin barged into my bedroom and asked. I picked up a pillow and chucked it at him. "What was that for?" he asked as the pillow hit his face.

"For eavesdropping on us, you idiot!" I exclaimed as Katie's cheeks turned red from embarrassment.

"The question still remains, Katie," Justin began, "do you like me?"

"Oh get out, you self-centered, teenage heart throb!" I yelled at him as Katie threw another pillow and I tried my best to push him out. Once he was finally out, I closed my door and locked it.

"Is he like this all the time?" Katie asked as I sat back down on my bed.

"Not really," I answered. "He doesn't eavesdrop that much. It's actually not that typical, unless I'm with Caitlin."

"What happened?"

"Why do you like my brother?" I asked Caitlin.

"Well, for starters, I've known him for a long time so that makes a difference. He's sweet, funny, romantic at times, and don't even get me started on his eyes and hair! I love them so much!"

I laughed. "Are sure you're not one of his beliebers in disguise?"

"Positive. But, still his eyes and his hair, definitely the best features on his body. I'd still date him even if he looked as ugly as a wild dog. It's what's on the inside that counts, you know?" I raised an eyebrow. "Okay," Caitlin admitted, "maybe his looks have to do with some of it."

"So my eyes, huh?" Justin asked as he walked into my room. "does this make you weak?" he asked as he wiggled his eyebrows while flashing his signature smile. I've got to admit, whenever Katie showed me videos like this at the orphanage, I'd practically drool over Justin. But now since he's my brother, that has changed dramatically.

"Not very much," she answered. But, I could read Caitlin easily. And right now, all she wanted to do was kiss Justin.

"How about this?" Justin asked as his fingers touched the bottom of his t-shirt and he started to pull up.

"Oh no you don't!" I exclaimed as I lunged at him, slapping his hand away from his shirt.

"What?" Justin asked. "You didn't want to see my abs?"

"You don't have any," I replied. "And get out of my room before I punch those abs!"

"If you punched my abs, I wouldn't feel a thing because they're rock solid," he defended his precious "abs".

"Keep telling yourself that, Rocky."

"I'm not Rocky because Rocky eats raw eggs for breakfast before a workout. And that's just disgusting."

"It is disgusting," I said. "But not as disgusting as your cooking."

"What's wrong with my cooking?" he asked. Caitlin stepped between us.
