Dancing Away With My Heart

Chapter 16

The bridal shop opened at 10:00 in the morning and Alan and I wanted to get there early so we wouldn't have to wait for anyone else to get done.

It was only 6:30,but, Alan, Jenna, Emma, Sasha and I were all going to meet for breakfast before we went so I wanted to wake up early and get ready.

I was in the shower and heard someone walk in. I peeked around the shower curtain and saw Alan stretching in front of the mirror.

"Who knew someone could look at good as you in the morning" I say shutting off the water and wrapping my towel around me before stepping out on the rug.

"I don't look good" He says moving closer to me "However, You do"

"I looked like a drowned cat" I say, He wraps his arms around me and pulls me into him. The only thing covering my body was a thin white towel.

"Take that towel off" He whispers in my ear, I push him away and walk past him.

"Nope, I've got to get dressed" I say

"You don't have too" He says "We could just go back to bed"

"Oh No" I say

"Why?"

"We are not doing that until we are married, you hear me?"

"Yes Ma'am" He says and closes the bathroom door so he can take a shower.

It was 8:00 when we finally arrived at the restaurant, Jenna, Sasha, and Emma were already there waiting for us.

"What kept you?" Emma asks

"He decided to interrupt my shower" I say sitting down

"Oooh" Emma says

"Oh Gross, Shut Up" I say "Drink your coffee"

"So, Dani, Do you have any dress ideas?" Jenna asks

"For the bridesmaid dresses, I was thinking pastels" I say "Each girl will wear a different pastel color dress and the groomsmen they walk down the isle with will wear a matching bow tie that's the same color"

"That sounds cute" Emma says

"What about tuxes?" Sasha says

"Well that was my idea" Alan says " All the boys will wear black suit, and a black button up shirt underneath"

"With the matching tie?" Jenna says

"Yeah" Alan says

"What about the two of you?" Emma says

"He will wear the same thing as the other boys but his tie will be white like my dress" I answer

"That really sounds adorable" Jenna says

"Are you getting your dress today?" Emma asks

"No, My dress is only going to be seen by me until the wedding day, nobody else will see it" I say "It's going to be a surprise"

"Oh" Emma says.

We arrived at the bridal store at 10:30, thankfully, It wasn't packed at all and I  found the perfect dresses right off the bat. They were full length dress and the top of the dress was floral lace instead of fabric. We found a Pink, Purple, Green, Blue, and Yellow  pastel dresses. When I asked about matching ties the lady said they had some which was even better for us, and at the time we were able to buy the dresses, we were able to rent all seven suits.

"So have you decided who is wearing what?" Jenna asked as we paid for everything, Emma and Sasha had already left.

"Not yet, Alan and I will probably figure that out tonight" I say
