♡ Megan's POV ♡

|| Friday, November 20, 2015 ||

Fridays always seemed to be the lucky day of the week. Everybody just seemed to have that little bounce in their walk or gleam in their eye as I walked through the hallways of the only place I would consider hell. I was walking with a little more pride than I would've in the beginning of the school year. The effect he has on me surprises me sometimes. All he has to do is be here, and it's like I'm a new person.

Jared snaked an arm around my waist as I flicked my ponytail behind me. Now that we've been together for almost 3 months, we were practically the golden couple of the school. The record for the longest relationship stood at 3 months exactly, which Jared and I could've easily beat. We passed by different groups of teenagers, a smile or wink being passed my way every so often by the jocks. I looked over at Jared, who was smiling his famous smile, bigger than ever before. Like I said, Friday had that effect on people.

Jared stopped at my door, his arm undoing itself from around me. He pulled me close to him, looking down at me. "Have fun in chemistry, baby girl." He stole a small kiss from my lips, something that tended to happen more often than it ever had before. I smiled when he pulled away from me, pecking my lips one last time before walking away. I opened the doors to my chemistry class with a big smile on my face.

I took my seat beside Matt, setting my stuff down on top of my desk. "Hey beautiful," Matthew whispered, a tired tone in his voice. I just smiled at him, leaning onto the back of my chair.

"Someone seems extra happy. What happened that put a little glint in your eye?" I just shrugged, smiling to myself again.

"Friday, day before Thanksgiving break, Jared," I listed off some things, smiling for no particular reason again. I looked over at Matthew, who was sending me a playful pout.

"Is Matthew part of that list at all? Preferably replacing Jared," he added, making me giggle. I just shook my head, the bell ringing before I had the chance to speak.

"Alright guys. I'm going to give you your Finals Review a month early. Please take one and pass it back, thank you very much." Mr. Chandler licked his finger every time he went to a new row, separating 5 papers from the stack per row. "As you can see, there are 100 questions, and yes you are allowed to use this on the test. This'll be due by then, and I'm giving you the next month to work on all 100 questions. That should be more than enough time to do them and eventually study them. The chromebooks are in the chrome cart in the back of the room. You may use them as needed. Get to work." Mr. Chandler walked back to his desk, typing away into the macbook the school had provided him with.

The classroom was filled with chatter and laughter as I got up to grab a chromebook, sitting back down beside Matt.

"Nice ass," he commented, making me roll my eyes at him.

"If you think that complimenting my ass is helping win me over, it really isn't." I opened the chromebook, logging in and searching information on the first question: Describe the 4 types of periodic trends and why it's significant to memorize these trends.

"How about this?" He placed a finger on my chin, turning my head towards him. He leaned in closer, placing a kiss on my cheek. He smiled as he pulled his finger back, turning back to his work.

"You're quite the charmer aren't you?" I teased playfully, chuckling a little to myself. My hand scribbled away into my notebook.

"They don't call me a ladies man for nothing," Matt chuckled, writing down the answer to number one as well.

"Nobody calls you that," I laughed, looking at him sarcastically with my pencil still in touch with my paper.

"They will soon," Matt winked, returning to his work once again. Boy, was he something.

The bell rang for history class, which we also had together. Matthew and I chatted quite a bit, managing to finish 20 of the 100 questions. He was actually quite smart at chemistry once he caught up, almost one of the smartest kids in the class. We managed to find our way out of the classroom, walking to our next class together.

"I was planning on taking you out on another hang out tonight." Matthew said as we walked up the ramp to our classroom.

"Where to?" I asked, entering the classroom. It smelled like fresh pizza and chips. We were having a Thanksgiving potluck, which I forgot to bring food for. Oops.

"Another surprise." Matt smiled, taking his seat in front of me. Jared wasn't quite here yet, so we continued to make small talk. The bell had just rung, Jared walking in casually late. Nothing new there.

"Nice of you to join us Mr. Lee." Jared took his seat beside me, placing his textbook on the desk and sliding into the chair. He took his backpack off, throwing it to the side of him.

"Come here," Jared smiled, placing one hand on my cheek and connecting our lips for a brief second before pulling away. "I can never get enough of those," Jared smiled, sitting back and resting his arm around my chair. I just smiled, sitting back a little.

"Today we are going to watch a documentary about the Triangle Factory Fire," Ms. Collins tried to make it sound exciting, which some kids pretended to play along with. They ooed and awed, making me giggle a little in the back. Ms. Collins set up the documentary, pressing replay and returning to her desk with a little sneeze.

Jared turned to look at me, moving a couple strands of my hair behind my ear. He smiled when we made eye contact, his hand now cupping my cheek. "I really want to kiss you, but I can't." I scrunched my nose, glancing at Matt. I could see him pretending not to pay attention to us, rolling his eyes at Jared and making a face, which Jared couldn't see.

"Later babe, be patient."

He pushed me up against the wall in the couple's grove, his hands settled at my hips. My lips were attached to his almost immediately, the heat of the moment intensifying as the makeout session went on. His tongue dragged across my bottom lip, my mouth granting access to him. He explored my mouth, sending sensations down my body that I had never felt before.

His lips unattached from mine, working his way up my jaw, and back down my neck in a trail of kisses. He moved the cloth of my shirt a little, biting and sucking at the skin. I let out a small moan, biting my lips as he worked his magic on me. He reattached his lips to mine, dropping my legs again. The bell rang for our next class, which happened to be pe for the two of us.

"That was the best kiss I've had in a long time," he smiled, resting his head against my forehead. My heart rate and breathing returned to normal before I replied.

"Me too Matt, me too."

Yes, you read that right. I just kissed Matthew Espinosa, and I'm about to get into some deep shit for it.
