24. My brother looses what little respect he has for me

I had never seen anyone get dressed so fast, by the time I had registered my brother's voice, Luca was clothed and had tossed me my clothes. As I wasn't paying attention the clothes hit my face with a sanctimonious Thwack. I shoved my bra back on, and threw my coat over. I stood placing my hands behind my back, the balled of fabric of my shirt and sweater was damp and cold. How nice.

Mitch must have seen me from afar, as he still wasn't visible. After a few moments I was able to see his dark hair and disapproving frown. However, oddly enough, Mitch wasn't alone. Nor was he wearing layers.

Next to him stood Claude, looking more shocked then I had ever seen him. His jaw was almost on the floor. Mine was as well.

Luca on the other hand looked completely unfazed  by the situation, in fact it was more than unfazed, he was almost laughing. As if there was something funny about the situation. I rolled my eyes, of course he wouldn't care. I was the one in the hot seat.

Now, don't get me wrong, I love my brother and all and it's nice to hear from him, but I'm not a big fan of being interrupted. I also wasn't a fan of my brother seeing me about to....

Heck, I didn't even know what we were about to do.

Presumably we would have went all the way, and the very prospect of that didn't scare me as much as I thought it would.

Another thought crossed my mind, one which I shoved to the back of my head as it mildly infuriated me. A question I would ask Luca when the two of us were alone.

An awkward silence settled between the four of us. Mitch seemed as if he was trying to formulate a sentence and Claude looked like he would rather be anywhere else. My eyes traveled to Claude's neck, the purple spot I had seen the other day seemed to be getting larger. I furrowed my brow.

Luca was staring at it as well, he shot me a confused look. He was trying to figure out what I was thinking.

He then turned to Mitch, who was still unable to speak.

"Mitchell" Luca said

My brother have Luca the most hateful look I had ever seen anyone give. This seemed to fuel Luca, as in response he placed an arm around my shoulders. I, of course elbowed him sharply in the side.

I was hoping that I had elbowed the bastard hard enough so that he would get the message. I wasn't in the mood to watch a testosterone fueled death match, nor was I in the mood to be an armrest.

Mitch turned to me, watching cautiously for any sort of change in my demeanor. I just stared back, blankly as if I knew what I was doing.

My plan of action was to make it seem like the whole situation was normal. Like being caught in the begging stages of a public sex act was the newest trend. Of course, Mitch probably wouldn't buy it. Then again, I was touch starved and it was very possible that I would head off the rails the second that someone could touch me for over four minutes.

Mitch seemed to have collected his thoughts. As what was shock was replaced with pre unadulterated rage.

"Are you okay?" He said to me, "I heard yelling, and then I saw you being held down and then-"

"You obviously saw too much" Luca said

Mitch growled, he focused his attention on Luca.

"You" He seethed "If I ever hear you speak to my sister like that again I'll-"

"I'm afraid we weren't doing much talking" Luca said with a dastardly smirk on his face.

Mitch scowled "I don't want to hear about what you're doing with my sister-"
