"Can you use a broom to fly to outer space?" the eagle at the door of the Ravenclaw Tower asked.

Julia giggled along with the other Ravenclaws, "No."

"Incorrect."

Lauren stood behind her friends, who all got drunk at a party in Slytherin and now all incapable of entering the Ravenclaw Tower because they were all too drunk to know the answer.

"What came first, the phoenix or the flame?" the eagle questioned again.

Jaime replied while laughing, "The flame."

"Incorrect."

Lauren was sober, but she was really sleepy. She mentally praised herself for somehow dragging herself all the way up to the Ravenclaw Tower, let alone answering the question!

"Lauren?"

She turned around to see Joey standing behind her, she smiled at him weakly.

"What are you doing out of bed?" he asked, looking at her worriedly, "It's way past curfew."

Lauren sat down on the staircase, burying her face in her hands, mumbling her reply, "We went to my brother's homecoming party in Slytherin, had too much to drink. I'm sober, but I'm just really sleepy."

Joey glanced at the girls who were attempting to answer the question, then back at Lauren. He knew there was no way they could get in unless someone comes to get them in, or worse, a professor. That way, they would really be in trouble.

"Why don't you stay with me in Hufflepuff tonight?" Joey offered.

Lauren was too tired to argue, she nodded, got up and started walking down the stairs with Joey, but her legs gave away when she took the first step and she grabbed onto the handrail for support.

"I'll just carry you," he said and picked the small brunette up bridal style.

She snuggled into Joey's chest and closed her eyes, he smiled, being a prefect was worth all the late nights and rushing his homework now.

He passed by Peeves in the corridor, who was carrying a handful of chalk and a duster. Joey tried to ignore the poltergeist, but Peeves noticed him first.

"Richter!" he sneered, throwing a wet piece of white chalk at Lauren, but Joey skillfully blocked it for her, "Where are you taking Lopez? Don't forget her brother is back at Hogwarts, he will kill you when he finds out you drugged and kidnapped his baby sister."

"It's a long story," Joey tried to explain, dodging Peeves, "But I'm just looking out for her."

"RICHTER LOVES LOPEZ!" Peeves sung out at the top of his lungs and struck Joey with a piece of wet chalk again.

"Shhhh!" he hissed, "She's sleeping!"

Peeves followed Joey down the hall, striking Joey with wet chalk until there were no more in his hands, and eventually, the duster. His hair was now streaked with white, and a big, white duster mark was imprinted on his grey sweater, but he didn't care. Lauren was still sound asleep and there was no harm done to her.

Now came the hard part, he had to tap his wand on the barrels to access the Hufflepuff common room, but he didn't want to wake Lauren up. Joey pondered on what to do when someone called his name, he turned around to see Ali Gordon also back from her prefect shift.

"Why is she in your arms?" Ali asked curiously.

Joey explained, "The Ravenclaws couldn't get into their common room because they were drunk from Walker's homecoming party. Lo's sober, but she's just really tired. By the way, can you open up the door for me?

She nodded and tapped her wand on the barrels. They stepped into the common room and Ali swiftly waved her wand over Joey and cleaned him up with a simple 'Scourgify'.

"Thanks," Joey said to Ali.

Ali smiled before climbing up to her bedroom, "Make her yours Joey."

Joey looked at Lauren peacefully sleeping in his arms, he couldn't find a single flaw in her. She was perfect in his eyes, other people can tell him otherwise, but she would always be his perfect Ravenclaw to him.

He walked up the stairs to his dorm and laid Lauren down on his bed, he was about to go back to the common room when Lauren opened her eyes hazily.

"Joey?"

"Yeah?" he turned around and smiled at her.

Lauren asked, "Can you stay with me? I don't wanna kick you out of your own dorm room.

Joey nodded and climbed into bed with her, Lauren once again snuggled into his chest and made herself comfortable.

"Night Joey," she said ever so softly, "Love you."

"I love you too Lo," he kissed her forehead as she drifted off to sleep, "More than you can ever imagine."
