I follow the doctor that holds my little girl, and we walk into a big room with a bunch of machines. She takes my baby, and runs a bunch of random tests. Soon enough, she says everything is fine. She hands me my baby, and I look at my gorgeous little girl. She has Ziva's eyes and Ziva's hair, but she's got the Dinozzo nose. Man, is she cute! I've only had a daughter for a little while... but I can't help but feeling like nothing else matters in the world now. I just have to protect my daughter.
"Hi sweetheart. It's Daddy.... You're very cute, and me and Mommy love you very much." , I say. She yawns and grabs my finger. My heart melts and I can't help but cry. Dinozzo men don't cry. I've cried a lot lately, and it's all just happening so fast. It's only been 5 1/2 months since I knew she was pregnant... and now I'm a dad. I just hope Ziva's okay, I can't raise her on my own.... I just can't.
The doctor walks in... " Mr. Dinozzo, we were able to save Ziva's life... but she was gone for quite some time. She might not wake up.... and even if she does, she may have memory loss. I'm very sorry.", she says.
