*Alison's POV*
I woke up to the sound of my phone vibrating against my nightstand. I picked it up, seeing that it was a text from Jake, making me smile.
Jake: hi :)
I giggled at the little smiley face and replied with a 'hiiii' in return. Not even a minute later, my phone buzzed.
Jake: just wanted to know if you wanted me to take you to school
Me: sure sounds great!
Jake: Awesome! I'll be over in 30 minutes!
Me: Okay, see you then xDD!!
Jake: :)
I looked at the clock and my eyes widened when I saw it was 7:45. Crap crap crap he's going to be here soon! I quickly got out of bed, but of course clumsy me got my legs tangled in my sheets and ended up falling off the bed with a thump. Ugh why do these things happen to me, I groaned internally. Dragging myself up from the floor, I limped towards the bathroom and got in the shower. After my shower I changed into my outfit for the day and jogged downstairs to the kitchen, seeing Dylan eating some cereal.

"Well, I guess someone over slept this morning," he smirked, making me roll my eyes. Cocky much?
"For your information, Jake is coming by to take me to school," I told, taking a bite of my apple.
"Oh really?" Dylan asked while raising his eyebrows. Before I could answer, I heard a honk coming from outside, making me squeal internally.
"Sorry bro, got to go," I said and rushed out the door. I hopped in the car and was immediately hit with the smell of axe cologne and pine needles. Oh my lord, how can a boy smell this heavenly?! I wonder what kind of cologne he uses. I bet his bedroom smells like this, too. Whoa now Ali what the hell is wrong with you?! Don't be such a creep!
I was snapped out of my thoughts when Jake waved a hand in fron of my face. I quickly looked over at him with a flustered look.
"Are you okay? It looked like I lost you for a second," he teased with a smirk and I immediately flushed a bright red.
"Uh heh heh sorry I was just daydreaming," I said nervously, to which he chuckled. Once I was buckled in, we drove off. When we got to school, Jake and I got out and walked inside, heading to our lockers.
"Hey, do you want to hang out after school? Maybe we can go to the beach," Jake said. Ah, you and Jake at the beach.....together....alone......that's kinky. Ugh, shut up!!
"Sure sounds great," I said eagerly, ignoring the annoying voice in the back of my head.
"Awesome!" he cheered. After grabbing what we needed, we both walked off to English. Once we enter the classroom, there were only a few people in their seats. Jake and I made our way to our seats which were towards the back, but not all the way in the back. After roughly 20 minutes, everyone was in their seats and Mr. Wordsworth walked in the room, making everyone go silent.
"Alright class, now today, we'll be discussing the importance of figurative language and literary devices in writing," he said and started writing notes on the board, which I made sure to copy down. As I was writing my notes, I felt something hit my arm. I glanced down, seeing that it was a folded piece of paper. I quietly opened it, seeing that it was from Jake.
J- hi :)
I looked over at him, seeing a small sexy smirk appear on his face as he glanced at me, making me blush furiously. Gah, why does he always do that?! It's like he knows the affect he has on me. Get your head out of your ass, Ali!

I accidently giggled out loud, making several heads snap back to look at me.
"Is everything alright back there, Ms. Collins?" Mr. Wordsworth asked, looking at me expectantly and I nodded sheepishly while muttering a quiet 'sorry'.
A - ugghh Jake you got me in troubbllee
J - not my fault that you find me hilarious
A- oh stop flattering yourself
J - ;)
A - wait, why are we passing notes if we're next to each other?? xDD

A - well, we should pay attention before Mr. Wordsworth catches us. Don't worry, it'll be over soon ;)

I looked over at Jake to see him playfully stick his tongue out at me, making me giggle silently and do it back to him. His goofiness makes him so adorable! No, Ali, stop that! When English was over, Jake and I walked to Biology and spent most of that class period passing notes. After lunch, Angela and I walked to chorus. I think me and her will be really close friends. After school, Jake and I dropped his car off at his house since he insisted that we walk to the beach. Once we did drop off his car at his house, we both started walking to the beach.
