"Do you have to go?" Jake asked as he wrapped his arms around my waist. I was currently trying to get out of bed to get dressed so I could go with the girls to the mall, but Jake clearly didn't want me to go.
"Jake, I need to hang out with the girls for girl time," I whined and tried getting up, but Jake's arms had an iron grip around my waist.
"I don't want you to go," he said in a low whisper. I turned around in his arms and melted into a puddle as I looked into his chocolate brown orbs.
"You can just stay here with me. It could be just the two of us today," he whispered huskily in my ear, sending chills down my spine. My heart was beating in a wild frenzy as he rested his forehead against mine and felt his hot breath brushing across my lips. A small smirk made its way upon his face as he heard the sound of my frantic heartbeat. Darn him and his werewolf senses.
"We could maybe," he trailed off and tenderly pressed his lips against mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he slowly laid me down on the bed and hovered over me on his knees. My phone started ringing, making Jake growl and pull away. I picked up my phone and answered it when I saw it was Kim.
Kim: Hey girly!! You ready yet?
I looked up at Jake and he smirked down at me, making me blush.
Me: Uh, not exactly...
Kim: Well, come on! You can make out with Jake later! We'll be over there in 15 minutes
Before I could protest, Kim hung up and I set my phone on the bedside table.
"Now, where were we," Jake murmured as he started leaning down. I giggled and put my hand over his mouth to block him.
"Jake, I need to get ready. Besides, Kim already has the impression that we were making out," I laughed.
"I mean, we could make out if you-"
"Jacob. Ephraim. Black. Let me up," I gave him a stern look, making him groan.
"Ugh, fine," he said and with a final peck to my lips, he reluctantly rolled off me. I got out of bed and hopped in the shower. After my shower, I noticed that Jake wasn't in the bedroom anymore. The smell of bacon filled my nose, making my mouth water. After changing into my outfit for the day, I walked downstairs to see Jake by the stove cooking.

I smiled as Jake set down a plate of eggs and bacon.
"Thank you," I said and started digging in.
"No problem," he smiled. After breakfast, I heard the sound of a car honking.
"Oh, that's them. See you later Jake," I said as I grabbed my phone and purse.
"Try to hurry so I can see you sooner," he teased with a smirk.
