Waking up the next morning, I hopped out of bed energetically. Normally I'd be dragging myself out of bed but on this Tuesday morning I was raring to go. I went through my morning routine quickly and then I went to grab some cereal. As I sat down I turned my phone on. Halfway through my food I got a notification from YouTube, and then one from twitter and then instagram. I sat and watched as one after the other popped up on the screen. Things started flying through my head. How did this happen? Why me? What will my parents say?  I sat there shocked. Turning all notifications for social media off, I took a deep breath.

"Dad, can I go on a bike ride?" I shouted upstairs.

"Yes but be careful and don't be out to long. Make sure you bring a water bottle too." He shouted back.

I grabbed my phone, camera, water bottle, keys and flip flops before I headed out the door.

After I put my water bottle, keys and phone in my bike with my camera around my neck, I plugged my earphones in. Turning my music up high, I let the beat drown out the world around me. With the wind in my face and the driving beat of Through the Roof by Hermitude in my ear, I set off for my destination.

Scrape. My bike wheels slid across the gravel as I stopped at a lake. The lake was beautiful with a trail running around the whole thing and trees all over it was beautiful. The crown jewel of the scenery was a huge willow tree just off to the side of two docks. It was my thinking place. Dragging my bike into high bushes of the beaten path, I walked to the end of the one dock. As I stopped at the end, I pulled my earphones out and turned my music off. The silence was very sweet. As the trees moved in the wind, the birds chirped and the sun warmed my back I closed my eyes. This is what feeling at ease really is I thought to myself. Opening my eyes I looked out at the ripples on the lake. As the sun caught the sparkle on the water I was momentarily blinded. I took my camera and squatted down, taking a picture straight across the lake. A few pictures of trees and ducks later, I was sitting at the edge of one dock. Feet over the side in the water. I leaned against the pole and looked down as I pondered. As little fish tickled my feet and swam between my toes, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed. How did this all happen? I just started a YouTube channel cause I was bored and thought 'hey this might be fun'. Now I might actually, dare I say it, I might actually be becoming famous. I took my phone out and went onto my instagram. I had thousands of follow requests! Sighing I leaned back against the pole. "At least you guys don't care whether or not I'm famous little fishes." I said out loud to the fish.

Ok well before any of this can go any farther, you need to tell some people first.  I pulled out my phone and dialed Lola's number.

"Hey Lola."

"Hey do you think you can come to the park? I've got something I want to tell you."

"I don't think I can. Wanna come to my house?" She asked.

"Sure I'll be over in about 5."

"K. See you then."

Hopefully she wouldn't be mad at me.
