Kayleah's POV
Has Holly told James about dating Luke? Guess we'll find out.
"What's going on here Holly?" James asks
Oh shit she didn't tell James about dating Luke.
"Ummm. We're dating." Holly says
He looks at them to.
"Well. Luke u do anything and hurt my sister there'll be a lot of trouble" James says and sits down.
I scream.
"WHAT'S WRONG KAYLEAH" everybody says
"THERE'S A SPIDER" I yell
"JAI THERE'S A SPIDER KILL IT" I scream
Then Beau screams cause he hates spiders (True Fact)
"Really guys?" Jai says
Jai sighs and hops up and kills it.
"Yay" Beau and I say
"Shut it Beau" I say
"Shut it Kayleah" Beau says
I get comfortable again.
"Guys I wanna jump off the roof into the bush" I say
"I don't think that's a good idea" Skip says
"Party pooper, Jai can I pleaseeee" I say
"U r a brooks aren't u" Jai says
"Yes I am" I say and run outside.
I open the back door and climb the house and get on the roof (FYI the bush is the one that Luke jumped in from the trampoline)
I look down and see everybody but Mum. Beau takes him camera out.

"1"
I count down
"0" I jump and landed mostly on the concrete. Pain goes all through my ankle.
"Are u alright Kayleah?" Skip asks
I shake my head no and that's when tears begin to form. Everybody rushes to my side. Mum comes out.
"What happened?" she asks
"Well she forgot that the dirt and concrete isn't level and she was running and yeah" Beau says I smile at him.
"Lets get u to the hospital. Everybody stay here." mum says
"Can Skip come" I ask
"Sure. Whatever" mum says
Skip and Mum help me stand up and get to the car. I hop in the back and put my feet across the seat. Skip sits in the front with mum.
"What's the time?" I ask
"10:35" Skip say and looks back and shakes his head.
When we get there Skip and Mum help me out the car and into the emergency part of the hospital. I sit down and only wait for 15 minutes till I get to the counter. I tell her what Beau told mum and she said she'll get the next free doctor and he'll or she'll look at my ankle and possibly get a cast.
30 minutes later I get my x-rays done and it ends up I broke my ankle. Great.
"So Miss Brooks, what colour cast do u want?" the doctor asks
"Can I get glow-in-the-dark blue please" I say
"Sure" she says
"I'm gonna go get a drink. Ill be back in five" mum says
Mum leaves the room and shuts the door.
"What really happened?" the doctor says
"Well I thought it would be fun to jump off the roof and land in the bush but I didn't jump far enough and landed mostly on the concrete" I say
"I told her not to" Skip says
The doctor laughs and finishes my cast.
"Do u want crutches??" The doctor asks
"Yes please" I say and she sizes me up for a pair.
While she was getting them Skip says "I told u not to. But I guess your a brooks. Ahaha"
"What's a matter with us Brooks?" I say
"U guys are dare devils"
"Yeah I guess"
Mum comes back in and gives me a chocolate milk and Skip a chocolate milk to.
"Thanks mum" I say
"Thanks Mumma G" Skip says
The doctor comes back and gives me my crutches.
"Thank you" I say
"Ok. u r all done. U may leave now" she say and Skip, Mum and I walk out to the car.
Mum drives back to our house. Mum unlocks the front door and walks in Skip keeps the door open for me. I walk into the lounge room and find Chelsea with her head on Jai sleeping and Jai sleeping to, then the same with Holly and Luke. Beau was asleep so was James and Rebecca.
I yell "WAKE UP!!!!"
Everyone wakes up and looks at me.
"Good job Brooks" Beau says
"What did u do?" Jai asks
"I broke my ankle" I say and laugh.
"I'm going to bed" Luke says and walks to bed. Holly hops up and goes to the twins room.
"Can I crash here tonight?" James asks
"Yeah if u want u can take the fold out bed in the backroom" mum says
"Rebecca there's a bunker in the back yard that can be your room. Your adoptive parents said u can live here your stuff is already in the room. U have a air con cause it gets hot" mum says
"I'm going to bed to" I say and Skip helps me to my room. He grabs a pillow and puts that under my sore ankle.
"Skippp" I say
"Yes" he asks
"My ankle hurts"
"Yeah. Of corse it would. U jumped off a fucking roof" he says.
"Yeah I guess"
"I wanna play FIFA" I complain.
"Well ill go get it from the twins room"
"Yay"
I wait for 5 minutes and he comes back in with the X-Box and the FIFA game.
"I'm Arsenal" I say
"But I wanna be Arsenal" Skip says.
"BUT I WANNA BE ARSENAL!!!"
"Whatever then" he gives in.
"Yes" I say.
