The proposal

Alex's pov
Two years later
I moved into the house permanently instead of going back and fourth. Mer, do you want to go to joes bar? I ask her. "Alex yeah lets go" she says to me. At the bar I got a beer and she got a tequila. After a few drinks we call Jackson to pick us up. When he gets there. April is with him she's drives our car and Jackson drives us home. I don't remember a lot.

  Me and Meredith get home. Meredith is kissing my nipples and I'm kissing her neck. She moans when I start kissing her stomach. Then we start to have sex. I keep kissing her and she keeps moaning.

  Next morning, I wake up with Meredith. She makes us breakfast and we head to work. I get into my office and I pull out the ring I have been waiting for years to purpose to her. I ask her only father figure, Dr. Webber. If I could marry her.

"Dr. Webber, can I ask you something?

"Yes, you can, what would you like to ask me"? He asks me.

"I would like ask you for your permission to ask Meredith to marry me. I tell him hoping he will say yes.

"Alex, I would love to give permission to marry her. I like that you ask unlike all the other people in world". He says to me. Thank you I tell him and I leave the room.

A month later

I set it up at the bar we met at. I know it's cliché, but whatever it's meaning full. I ask joe if could let me rent it out and he said yes. He said he would set it up while I took Mer out for the things I had planned. I wish George I was still here. Even though I would tease him by calling him 007. I still cared about him. When he passed I felt like one of best friends left me in the darkness. I was mad at him for sleeping with Izzie but I got over it. After I picked up Mer from work.

"Hey babe" Mer greets me. Mer I have somethings I would like to do and you have to come.

"Okay" she says to me confused but goes along with it. I also talk to Christina. She was like evil spawn finally committed to a hard core relationship. She is flying out today and that was my next surprise for her. I take her to library.

"Alex why are we in the library"? She asks me.

I just keep leading her. We finally get to the back of the library. When I tell to come out Thur text.

" Surprise" Christina shouted.

"Christina, why are you here"? Meredith asks her.

"Alex said to come and visit so I found time to come down here. I might comeback to Grey Sloan".

"Oh my god Christina, please comeback I miss you being my person no offense Alex" she tells us.

" No it's fine she wants to comeback and be your person. I mean I'm your boyfriend it's not even a person thing anymore. I tell her and Christina.

"I forgot tell you one more thing" Christina says.

What is it we both ask? "I'm coming back to Grey Sloan".

Wow really we both say with excitement. " Wanna go back to joes like the old times"? Meredith asks Christina." I'm actually going visit Owen. I heard Amelia left him and they got divorced". Oh that's okay see sometime soon. I have to do more things I say to them. Okay Mer two things I have to do. "Okay" she says to me. After that we got the next stop. The on call room. "Wait we are going out for a date and Alex I have kids at home. Who's watching them? She questioned me. Yes we going out for dinner and drinks afterwards.
