"We call Meredith Marie Karev to the stand" My lawyer says.

"Okay Meredith state what happened the night of august 28th" she said. My voice goes dry.

"Well on that night of the 28th. I just took Liam my two year old son to daycare. When Riggs pulls me into the exam room. I didn't know it was him at first. From what you heard from the video. He caused me and Alex, my husband to have huge fight. Which was his plan. Yes he was drunk. But he knew exactly what he was doing" I told them.

I wiped my tears from my eyes and took a deep breath. This part I had to go in detail on what happened.

"So what did happen after you went off on him"? She asked.

"I was just about to go find Alex. When Nathan in his drunken state, he grabs me. Throws me on the floor. Takes off my scrubs. Takes his shirt off. He unbuckles his pants. He puts me on the couch. I barely could see. He moves closer. I tried to yell but he shut me up by putting his penis in me. I cry out in pain. Tears were running down my face.

"Nathan, I'm sorry just let me go" I pleaded. "No"! He laughed. I tried to reason with him. But he then slapped me. I didn't go in detail with my video or voice message. But now your about to hear about it" I swallowed a gulp.

  I turn behind me and I saw Alex. He looks at me and wipes he's tears out of his eyes. It was finally Riggs turn.

"We call Nathan Riggs to the stand" ms barker said.

"So Nathan state what happened, even know what happened already"? she asked.

"Objection"! Mutter demands.

"stained" Judge shouted.

"I didn't raped ms Grey" he smugly smirked.

I could tell Alex was about to stand up. But I turned around and gave him just a look and he snapped out of it.

"So what did happen"? She asked.

"She totally came on to me" he recalls.

"Oh really. So her solid evidence she has. Says differently" she recoils.

"Yes I was drunk I don't remember me doing this. Okay well besides our wonderful sex. Before Owen punched me" he says cockily.

"I have no more words for you" she says as she sits back down by me.

"What does the jury think"? The judge asked.

"We find the defendant guilty as charged" the jury men speaks.

"Mr Riggs is guilty" the judge says. They take him away.

"Oh come on baby, mer tell them how much you enjoyed it" Riggs says smugly as he is carried away.

"No you bastard. Go rot in prison you rapist"! I finally I spoke. I was finally free and I could finally try to heal my pain. After he leaves the court room. The judge actually came up to me. I'm not even kidding.

"I'm so sorry what pain my nephew caused you" she says sympathetically.

"Oh my god your his aunt"? I asked.

"Yes I am. I very true fully deeply sorry. He's not the boy I raised. And honestly that was hardest thing I ever had to do to my family. He will probably hate me the rest of his life. But he deserves to rot in person. I taught him better than treat women like that" she says as she walks out of the room.

I leave the court room stronger than ever. "Ready to go home"? Alex asked. "More than ever" I replied with a sad smile but also happiness. "Lets go" Alex says as he grabs my hand and we leave to go home.
