Heavenish~
I woke up on a gurney. I get up cause I thought I saw something. I followed the person until they turned around.

  "Lexie" I choked out as tears came out of my eyes.

"Mer, what are you doing here. You need to go back" she calmly tells me. Behind her was Mark who gave me a hug and says the our line.

  "Who's my favorite dirty mistress" he laughs as he remembers. "Correction it's not dirty mistress or Adulteress Whore either. It's just me Meredith Marie Karev" I told Mark. He chuckles.

   "Oh so you finally married Karev I mean Alex" Mark asks with a hint of nervousness.

"Yes we have two kids together" I explain to Mark.

"Yeah they are beautiful. Even the one out of affair" he words turned from nice to bitterly.

"Mark I'm sorry about cheating on Derek. I didn't know you knew about it" I tell him.

"I saw it with my own eyes" I turn around.

"Derek" I was speechless.

"Derek I'm so sorry, I know was just like Addison. No offense Mark". "None taken Mer" Mark laughs.

"Meredith I'm not mad anymore. I don't know if you know that I cheated on you before I died" He confesses. I was shocked but I already knew. "Derek some lady answered your phone. I had my suspicions. I asked everyone if they thought you were. Then Alex and I slept together I felt awful. I felt like I betrayed you and then I find out that you had an affair. Weeks later I found I was pregnant with Alex's baby. I even called Addison. Yeah I shocked myself with that too Mark and Derek" I confessed. Mark just laughs and Derek gives me a hug.

"I forgive you Meredith, go be happy with Alex" he tells me with a huge smile.

"Mer you don't have a lot of time" Lexie encourages.

"Okay I guess I better go" I sigh.

"Meredith Marie Karev we will see each other some day when it's time. We love you don't forget that and be happy for god sake" Lexie says with a laugh.

"Alexandra Caroline Grey I miss your photographic memory" I tell her while tears are tuning down my face.

"It's Sloan now" she tells me. "So you finally married Mark huh" I laugh. She starts to laugh too. "Bye guys see someday" I tell them as I see the light.
Real time
I woke up and couldn't talk. I was hyperventilating. My eyes burned out my salty tears running down my face.

  "Meredith you need to calm down, you have been intubated. Let me take the intubation tubes out of your mouth" Bailey tells me.

  " I want to see Alex. Take me to Alex". I demanded.

"You have been in a coma for a month. We will take you to Alex okay" she calmly tells me.

"Okay" I just nod and she puts me into a wheel chair. I knock on the door. He sits up from his bed.

  "Mer" He yells with a huge smile. He tries to get out of bed. I wheel myself over to the bed.

  "I'm sorry I worried you Alex. I won't ever leave you like that ever again. I heard every word. I talked to Derek, Lexie and Mark they dong fine. They are happy for us. I already know the name of this baby" I tell him.

"What's the name you have in mind" ? He asks. "Alexandra Amber Karev " I confess with complete confidence that he will love it.

"Alexandra Amber is perfect I love it" he says as he gives me a long kiss on my chapped lips. I guess he's felt the same way.

" Meredith your awake" Izzie says.

"Yes I'm awake" I smile.

"Oh my god you scared us Meredith" Cristina shouts.

"I'm sorry, so I guess you thought you would have to take care of four kids" I laugh as I tell her. She laughs too.

"Yeah I thought I would have to quit being a surgeon" she confesses.

"Your always my person died or alive". "Sorry too soon" I apologize. I saw the looks on their faces.

   "Well I'm sorry too interrupt, I have to do an ultrasound on the baby" Addie excuses her behavior.

"It's okay". "Can you do it here I would like to see it" Alex asks.

"Of course Alex I wouldn't want you too miss it" she says. "Okay it looks like your 26 weeks pregnant and it's a girl" she gives us our results.

  Alex looked at me like I knew this along. "Mer did they tell you it was a girl when you were talking to them" Alex asks.

   "Lexie was concerned and confused why I was there. But know I didn't know until you said it when I was in a coma" I told him. " I love you baby girl" I talk to my stomach. "I love you too this is your daddy" Alex says softly. "Ew barf"! Christina interrupts the moment. I just laugh.
