FAITH POV: We pull into the driveway after spending three hours singing along to our favorite country songs on the radio. Tim smiled, but I could tell he was somewhere else. He grabs everything out of the trunk and walks me up to the house.

"Ladies first." He said opening the door for me. I walk in to see that he really outdid himself this year. He has fresh flowers for me in a vase on the counter and candles already burning. He must've had a neighbor come and do the last minute touches. The sun was just begining to set as we brought our stuff up to the bedroom. Tim drops the bags down at the foot of the bed and wraps his arms around me from behind.

"So here's what I was thinking about doing. I was going to make you some chicken and dumplings and then between dinner and dessert, we could go out to the fire pit and then eat strawberry ice cream. Then I guess we could sit by the fire and you know-" He says swaying me back and forth in him arms. He kisses my neck.

"That sounds like a deal." I say turning around to face him.

"Damn where did I go right?" He says like he always does. "I would like to ask the same." He laughs and gives me a kiss before we head downstairs.

We were sitting by the fire when Tim pulls out his guitar. He begins to strum a melody that makes me smile. "I want you forever, forever and always. Through the good and the bad and the ugly. We'll grow old together, Forever and Always." He sings.

"What song is that?" I ask. "Forever and Always by Parachute." He says. "I heard it on the radio and it made me think of you. You remember how we always said that we'd love eachother forever and always? That's kind of the theme for this anniversary." I smile. "We still say that.". "Yeah. It's been 17 years! Can you believe that? I have something for you." He says reaching in his pocket. He pulls out a jewelry box and hands it to me. "Go on, open it. The girls helped me out a bit." He said as I opened the box.

It was a diamond ring with letters engraved on the side. "I had the girls initials engraved on the side and theres also something on the inside. I turned the ring and saw inside, engraved in the white gold, it said "I will love you forever and always <3". I begin to tear up. "You like it?" He says as he begins to rub my back. "I love it. Thank you baby so much." I said giving him a kiss and slipping it on my finger. Tim begins to kiss down my neck to my shoulder. I smile and kiss him.

Next thing I know he's carrying me upstairs, laying me on the bed. My hands slip under his shirt as he continues to kiss me. We laugh as his head hits the headboard. How did I get so lucky?
