Slater's P.O.V.

I walked towards the grassy field with a bouquet of roses wrapped in my arms, with slow and heavy steps, I found myself walking towards the same place every year. I smiled sadly as the windy air suddenly blew harshy and made my hair messy, the bright sun isn't helping also as it shinned every more brightly than any other day.

"It's been a while since I last visited you here"  I chuckled and shooked my head, 3 years had passed and we already graduated. Jared hyung already took over our father's business and he's already leading it very well, I got half of the shares so I usually approve all the paperworks before passing it to Jared hyung.

But even after 3 years, I always still came back to the same place...

"There were many games I had to play because of the promise I made to you" I spoke, refering to all the basketball leagues joined just to make her proud and happy. I always remember her words, telling me that each game, each point I made in the court, she'll always feel prouder than ever to me.

"I bought your favorite flowers, sorry, I forgot to give it to be the first time I stood before your grave" I laughed at myself for being so ignorant and forgettable, I gently placed the fresh flowers on the ground and stared directly ahead.

"Even though others think that I'm talking to myself, I can't express how much you really mean to me, I want to thank you for everything you've done to change my life"

"From the gloomy man I was to the person I am now" The wind blew more calmly than the first time as if she's telling me she can hear me...

"Thank you for being a part of my life, for letting me know what my real purpose is" For always being my number one fan, cheerleader and lover, for always lifting up my mood, for being my inspiration... thatk you for being a part of my life..

"I keep babbling things here by myself but I know that you can hear me very well up there" The skies cleared and a blue and calm sky welcomed me with such warmth and happiness as the sun shined lightly. It's really such a good day in spring, it's not that cold nor that hot.

"We had our time to create our own happily ever after, but I guess bot everyone can find them like what happened between the both of us. You left me"

"But thank you for sending another angel to guide me along the way, I came here to pay my respect and gratitude for you but I learned one last thing you wanted me to do years ago"

"I should learn to let something go"

At first it was hard for me to do such thing, to let something go, to let a person go and move on, but then time passed and I realized that she will never come back to me no matter how hard I cried, no matter how hard I plead... she'll never come back and I wouldn't be happy if I'll keep on holding on...

"I will always remember how special you are in my life, but now it's time for me to move on and be with the person who fought with me until the end. Heather, thank you for giving me Irene. The person I will trully love until the end"

"Thank you for your blessings" I turned around when I heard a female voice speaking behind me, I then saw Irene walking towards me while carrying a basket full of flowers. I hurriedly went towards her and carried the basket myself.

"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be resting at home?" I asked her out of curriosity, and yes. Irene is alive, her surgery last 3 years had been successful and it was a relief, not only for me but for her family as well.

Recently, her head was hurting again but the doctor said it was just a migraine, no need to worry as the main cause of it was stress. Now, we're really taking care of her and is always trying to let her rest almost everyday. She also inherited her family's company and sometimes, we usually help each other in deciding if this would make our company receive good feedbacks or not.
