I apologize if this kinda crosses over with my other fanfic about Robin Hood, The Sheriff's Daughter. Sometimes when I write up a fanfic I may use the same idea, but I promise it is legal because if a fan fiction that I wrote up. So we're all good.

Chapter 11
■■
While Guy was at the castle, I searched for a tavern because I needed a drink and food, of course. I found a small tavern near the middle of Nottingham where I decided to end my search.
Sitting in the corner, wrapped up in my cloak, and eating my food, I watched the drunks around me. Then a man came in and sat in front of another man who just got paid. After a while, other people started to gather around them. They were laughing and joking very loudly. I wanted to see what was going on, so I got up and went over to them when I was finished. A soft gasp escaped my lips when I discovered the man was Allan. He looked up at me with a gleam in his eye.
"How about I get a turn," I said, sitting down at the table.
"Fancy seeing you here," Allan replied with a slight grin on his face.
"I could say the same."
A strong hand grabbed my shoulder which made me jump. The hand belonged to my beloved Guy. The people around us began to scatter like rodents.
"Well, look what we have here." Guy barked.
Allan got a frightened look on his face.
"Well done, Love." Guy complimented me, rubbing my shoulder. "You caught one of Robin's men."
I gave Allan a sympathetic look trying to show that I didn't do this on purpose. "Guy, this is Tom. He's not one of Robin's men."
Guy shot a dark look at me before ordering a pile of guards to take him away. As Guy left, I followed him to the castle.
"Guy! Will you stop and listen to me!" I shouted, pulling on his right arm. "You can't just lock that poor soul up!"
Gisborne spun around. "Why? Tell me why can't I lock him up, Evelyn."
"Because he's my friend and you're going to hurt him," I replied, standing my ground.
My husband scoffed. "You're so naive."
I glared and crossed my arms. "If I'm so naive then why did you marry me? Hmm? Answer me that tall man."
"Evelyn don't start this again." Guy groaned.
"No! You started this one!"
It's been a couple of weeks since I last saw Allan until today. Since my last in counter with him, Guy and I have been fighting over little things. We started to question each other's love. Especially, when I see him around my friend, Marian. I also bring in his height in the argument. Not really sure why and how helps, but in a way it helps.
"I'm going home." I sassed, flipping my hair at him as I turned.
"Evelyn!" Guy shouted in a sad and frustrated tone.
"I am leaving and you can't stop me!" I shouted, turning back to Guy.
"You cannot just walk away and leave this guy, can you?" Guy softly said, trying to soothe me with his voice. "What does Robin have that I do not? Why are you trying to protect his friends?"
