Quick Recap!

Defeating the trial Captain, Kiawe... easy. Beating many trainers along the way to the next one... a cinch. Running from a Bewear who thought you were the one who pelted them with a golf ball while nearly dodging a couple along the way? Terrible...

Running in an occupied room to seek refuge from said Bewear only to be told to leave by Gladion, whom occupied the room, not caring what the heck just happened...

Well let's just continue where we left
off.

Gladion's POV

I laid on my bed looking at the ceiling covering the sky. I came here not only to stop by at the Pokémon Center next door to gather more potions and a cup of coffee. While I was there, i heard people talking about a trainer who was rescued by the Island guardian of Melemele, and is currently under going the Island Challenge. The person was said to be a girl with black hair and distinct icy blue eyes and a metal bracelet on her right wrist and a Z- Ring from the guardian on another.

Her voice rang in my head. It wasn't annoying, but it did pierce through my thoughts. Especially when she asked me...

'Are you sure being with them will make you stronger?'

I got up from the bed and vowed to myself that the next I see her, I will defeat her with my battling. Although I did hear a familiar voice vastly approaching and quickly opened the door.

'Speak of the devil and she shall appear...," I thought as I saw her breathing heavily.

Luma's POV

"Get out."

"Huh? You don't wanna know what the heck just happened out there?"

"I don't care, now get out."

Jeez what a jerk, He could at least hear me out. That and it looks like the suns about to set and the motel is booked.

"Just one night over, that's all I ask and then I'll be out of your hair. Deal?"

"No. besides, aren't there any other rooms you could stay in aside from this one?"

I shook my head and shrugged.

"The place is booked, not to mention a little birdie told me that someone from Team Skull had been staying here for the past two years. So..."

He looked at me as I clapped my hands together, bowed my head down and closed my eyes practically begging him to let me stay over. I really did not want to deal with wild Pokémon getting hit with golf balls. Or get hit myself.

Then after immense begging... he turned away so I don't see his facial expression.

"Fine... you can stay... but after tonight,
You're gone. Understand?"

"It'll only be tonight! I promise!" I shouted as I raised my hand up in the air cheerfully.

"Hmph... whatever," he said crossing his arms still looking away from me. Man, he really is a "ray of sunshine".
Either way, I managed go have gotten a place to stay for the night. But I could understand why he didn't want me staying over, I mean we are opposing genders. But it isn't like we're both gonna be sleeping on the same bed.
