Hey my ladies, just a quick and to the point encouragement speech.... well for lack of a better word for today.
So today I'm gonna talk about boosting your self esteem where physical appearance is concerned. I know I've done that chapter before, but I just felt lead to say something about it again. We are all in need of reminders.
Today I took out them Cellie twists I had in my head last night, and decided to let my hair do what it wants today

Now usually I would fluff, spray and do everything I can to perfect it, but today I just didn't care. But there is always that thought in the back of your head , that after I receive crazy look from someone , that everyone thinks the same thing.
It's all in your mind. If you can tell yourself that someone thinks I look crazy, you can tell yourself that no mater what he or she really thinks ,I will still embrace who I am and be creative in everything I do, even if it's just a hairstyle.
Many times I think that people don't like me because things didn't go the way I imagine it to be. Later on down the line, I realised it was all in my head. Point is , do not waste your time on what ifs but spend time telling yourself that I will be ...... such and such.
It's all up to you to make your mark in this world, but you can't do it by thinking someone is going to hate , or laugh at you. It all starts with taking a bold step, and watch it all come together.
Oh and end of my hair story... let's just say I got quite a few compliments that shocked me 😂😂
