It was a hectic morning at the Adams Foster home and a Monday. Mondays were the worst days ever for the family of eleven and it was the first day of the new school year.
The older set of twins and Ty were seniors, the youngest set of twins were sophomores, and AJ and the triplets were freshman. Lena got up early to make eggs and bacon.
The kids came downstairs, minus Callie. "Morning babies."
"Morning mama," the eight boys added as they took their seats.
Stef came down right after the boys and smiled. Her gaze lingered on her baby twins and Ty.
"Morning boys," Stef replied.
"Morning mom," they added as they were about to eat.
"We are a body short," Lena added as Stef rolled her eyes.
"Callie. Shake a leg," Stef screamed up toward the stairs as Lena rolled her eyes.
"KEEP YOUR UNIFORM ON," Callie replied with her sassy attitude.
The boys smirked from their spots and Lena bit her lip. Stef looked upset as Callie came down and eyed her family. "Keep my uniform on?" Stef asked.
"Sorry," Callie added. Caleb eyed Callie and smirked.
"Are you on the rag too?" he asked. Stef and Lena eyed Caleb in shock.
"What's a rag?" Callie asked since she hasn't had her period yet. She's a late bloomer.
"Nothing," the mom's added.
"Morning baby buggy," Lena added.
"Morning mama," Callie added. She didn't really have an appetite.
"Morning baby girl," Stef replied as Callie nodded.
"Morning mommy," Callie said. She opted for yogurt.
"Callie you need to eat something," Lena added.
"I only want yogurt," Callie added.
Stef and Lena took pictures of Brandon, Bradley and Ty. The three boys groaned and sighed.
"It is not like we are getting married," Ty added as he eyed the moms' looks.
"We are going to be late," Brandon and Bradley added.
"Mama will have to fill out nine late slips," Callie added.
"Let's go," Lena added. The nine kids left one by one.
In the van, "Did we forget anything?" Lena asked.
"We did," Caleb added.
"What?" Lena asked as she eyed Caleb.
"Callie's booster," Caleb joked. Callie stuck her tongue out and Caleb smirked.
"Don't start, Caleb Leonard," Lena added.
"But mama," he added. "It was a joke."
"Not the time for them right now," Lena added.
He nodded and she started the van to Anchor Beach and arrived fifteen minutes later.
"Remember. AJ, Caleb, Callum and Callie. I will be taking you to homeroom."
"We aren't babies mama," AJ replied.
"Well all of you will always be my babies," Lena added. AJ sighed.
The walk to homeroom was uneventful and AJ decided to go see some friends. He ended up coming late. Caleb and Callum had the same homeroom, while AJ and Callie had the same homeroom.
