It was a quiet Saturday for the Adams Foster family. The three oldest were at the local library, Matthew and Max were in their shared room watching a movie, while Caleb and Callum were at a friends' house and the youngest was in her room staring at her wall of posters. Callie sighed as she waited for her mommy to face-time with her. The girl dreaded the talk or lecture she was sure to get from her mommy and possibly daddy.

"Hi baby buggy," Lena added as she walked into her daughter's room. "Has mommy face-timed yet?" Lena asked concerned and worried for her daughter. She knew her wife and knew she could be just as stubborn as Callie.

"Not yet mama," Callie added. "I know I might get a lecture."

"That's a given," Lena added. "Well I have to run and see AJ. I will be back in two hours and we have our appointment with your therapist after."

"I know," Callie whispered as the tears appeared and Lena rushed to her and kissed her forehead and left a few minutes later. Soon, the familiar noise that signified that her mommy was calling pulled her from her thoughts and Callie sighed as she activated and accepted the call.

"Hi mommy," Callie added.

"Don't hi mommy me. What the hell were you thinking baby girl?" Stef asked upset and scared.

"I, I wasn't. I, I didn't want to be in pain or hurt anymore," Callie added. "I feel alone."

"Oh baby girl," Stef added. "You aren't. Have you talked with mama yet?"

"Sort of," Callie added. "She's just so worried about AJ."

"He is her son, but you are her daughter," Stef added.

"I know," Callie added. "I just hate that she was so hard on me. But not him."

Stef nodded. "Daddy wants to say hi as well."

Soon, Callie eyed her daddy and gulped. "Hi daddy."

"Hi Princess," Mike added. "How are you doing?"

"Better. Mama has me seeing my therapist again," Callie replied.

"That's great," Mike added. He hated seeing his baby girl so hurt and in pain. He wished he could take it away and carry it instead. But this was life and life hurt and sucked. His daughter had a hard life because of Mariana Gutierrez and it sucked.

"We expected more from you," Stef added. Callie nodded.

"I understand," Callie added as she bit her lip. "We all miss you."

"We miss you all too," Stef and Mike added.

"By the way, how is AJ?" Stef asked.

"Okay I guess," Callie added. "The only ones that see him are mama, grandma, grandpa, grams and gramps," the girl added.

"Why not you guys?" Stef asked.

"We have a lot going on right now," Callie added.

"He made a mistake," Stef pointed out.

"No. The first time maybe, but not the second time. Knowing mama, she might just let him slide like she always does. As for me it was a mistake and she made me feel like crap," Callie added.

Stef and Mike nodded. "Well we have to go. Bye baby."

"Bye," Callie added as the connection was ended and Callie sighed.

Callie went to see all the dogs outside and invited Lexi over to bathe them all.

An hour later, all the dogs were bathed and locked in the garage so they won't go and roll around in the dirt and get dirty again. "They are all clean," Callie added.
