AIDEN

Four years after.......

Leera planted a soft kiss on my paralyzed lips then she said, "Morning babe. Time to wake up"

"Five more minutes" I mumbled sleepily, crawling over to her, wrapping my arms around her tightly. She shook my body awake though she knew that it was no use. I'm a heavy sleeper so she finally gave up and said, "No get up sleepyhead" obliging me to get out of the bed.

Am I in Hell?

"Please?" I begged, eyes still dreaming in wonderland.

"It's your first day of school, Aiden!" She blurted, making me realize that I really need to get my ass off bed.

Slumberous, I snapped my eyes open, asking "Are you sure?" slowly but surely. I groaned and pushed myself up to sitting, running my fingers through my messy just had sex hair.

"Uh yeah? You need to prepare" She pushed herself up.

I paused for a moment; thinking and then I beamed and said, "I don't care. I can skip class so we could have round two" sounding like a maniac.

Leera shook her head and smirked as if I was joking. I'm serious woman. "No way" she retorted, breaking my sexual desire in pieces.

Entreatingly, I showed her my puppy dog eyes. "Please?"

"If you behave, maybe we could have round two tonight"

I grinned, dressing into my jeans and shirt. "Oh I'll behave"

A blur of sunlight was crawling across her long red hair. Pressing a kiss on her nose, I gazed through her emerald green eyes that sparkled under the warm heat of sunlight coming out from her windowpane.

My lips parted in a delighted smile. Fixing my fair hair, I said "See you later then?" making her nod and wink at me.

I halted to the door, saying "I'm giving you a chance to change your mind"

"Oh Aiden, you're such a bad ass eh?" She snorted.

"Well you're in love with a bad boy"

"No you're not a bad boy"

I jerked my body to face her one last time. "Then I'm a good boy"

"Whatever Aiden" She rolled her eyes.

"Bye girlfriend" I smirked, closing the door shut.

Walking, I embraced the cold morning air. My dorm building is just beside Leera's so I didn't have to borrow my roommate's car. I went back to my dorm room thinking about my future. It was hard to imagine what my life is going to be in five or ten years. I have a lot of dreams waiting to be reached one day because I believe that dreams have no limits. I need to take all the chances I can get so I can make a change. I don't want my dreams to just be dreams. I want it to come true. I want it to be reality because I know that the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

When I was still young, I kept on asking my mother what I can do to make my dreams come true. I was so encouraged to pursue my dreams. I wanted to live the life I want when I get older. I wanted to be a pilot, a doctor, a teacher and everything I can imagine at my very young age. I even wanted to be immortal but of course that can never happen. I questioned my mother again and again but she only had one answer, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them" and that passage struck my heart, my mind, and my whole being from then on.
