Chapter Fourteen

Trish

Things got really complicated. Our group was divided into two again. When Aiden punched Corry, the truth spilled out of the bottle. Now everybody knew that Corry's gay. They were shocked at first especially Aiden who couldn't believe it. He was sorry for what he did to Corry but I wasn't sorry for what I did to Sarah. That bitch deserved it. She was flirting with Aiden and I couldn't prevent myself so I started pulling her hair. I didn't know what gotten into me, I was just so so so MAD. I wasn't ashamed for what I did.

"This is really good Trish" Ms. James said gazing at my art project.

"Uh thanks"

"Have you made up your mind?"

"Yep I'm going to join"

"Great! Your first project is the prom. Coordinate with Jessica for the details and you'll be the one to instruct how it will look like. Okay?"

"Wait the prom?" I confirmed.

"Yes"

I said, "Okay" then left.

Here's the problem, I'm not even thinking of going to the prom because I don't have a date, I might get bored, I want to stay home, and I don't have a dress. I went to the cafeteria bubbling ideas on my mind. Jessica was already sitting at our usual table. She looked different. Really different from the usual Jessica. She wore a short pink dress and heels. She looks comely.

I sat down. "What's with the new look?"

"I don't know I decided to dress up" I saw a shade of light pink surfaced on her cheeks.

"You look great, Jess" I grinned. Suits her a lot.

"So I heard you'll be working with me for the prom"

"Uh yeah what's the theme?"

"The student body decided that the prom will be a costume party. They wanted it to be different"

"Cool so girls don't have to wear gowns?"

"Exactly" She nodded.

"The prom will look like fantasy and dreamy right?"

"Yeah I guess so"

"Here's an idea let's just design the gym with different themes, fairy tales, superheros, comics, that will represent their costumes. It's a mix of everything"

"That could work"

A few minutes later, Kate, Annabelle and Corry joined us. Suddenly, we were talking about the prom. Good thing they've moved on from what happened last week.

"Why are you not coming? It's your last prom!" Annabelle complained.

"Umm I don't want to" Well I MAY liked it. But no date...... and you know what I mean.

"Please go? How are you going to design it if you're not going?" Jessica said.

"Actually I will design it before the prom"

"But? Ugh"

"Anyways, I'm going to wear a princess costume!!" Annabelle said while eating her sandwich and giggling.

"I think I'll go with the fairy" Kate inclined her head staring secretly at Jake.

"I'm going to dress up as slender man" Corry said then we all laughed

"How bout' you Jess?"

"I'll go with the cat woman costume, it's easier to find"

"You have a point"
