Chapter Thirty-Five

AIDEN

"I'm really sorry. I don't know what's going on with me" Leera said scooping me into her arms. I stroked her hair, hearing her silent cry.

She arrived a while ago with a box of chocolate cake for her peace offering. I guess she finally lowered her pride and decided to say sorry.

"It's okay, Leera" I said hoping that we could go back to normal. "Are you still mad?" She mumbled glancing up at me. I shook my head, smiling. "Nope"

I planted a kiss on her forehead.

"Just don't do that again, okay?" She nodded removing her grip. She gazed at me with her innocent looking eyes and said, "I love you. You know that right?"

I nodded pulling her inside my room.

"Want to go to the mall?" I asked. I know it wasn't usual for me to ask her that but I wanted to make her happy by doing what she loves. She tilted her head, curiously eyeing me. "Let's just stay here and watch a movie" She said making my smile grew bigger.

She settled on the bed while I chose the movie. When I finally made up my mind and I lay down beside her. We ended up watching Friends with Benefits in my room. We were clinging to each other as the movie progressed.

"When will Jake and Kate visit us?" Leera asked while I drew circles on her hand.

"Two weeks from now" I answered.

Still focus on the movie, she asked, "Where are they going to stay?"

"I guess Jake's going to stay with me and Kate would probably stay with Trish" I said. "Kate can stay with me" She suggested frowning because of the thought that Kate isn't going stay with her. "I don't think so, babe. The two of them are so tight and I'm sure they both missed each other" I explained.

When the movie was about to end, she suddenly jerked her body making her on top of me. I was breathless and stunned for a second because I know what her action meant. She crashed her lips hard on mine desperate for a kiss. Her mouth opened, signaling my tongue to come in. Our tongues were rolling as we gasp for breath. She removed my shirt and kissed my neck slowly going down the bottom. She unbuckled my belt and opened my zipper, seducing me. I removed her shirt as she kissed my abs down to my thigh. After a few minutes, we were both desperate.

The door suddenly opened. Startled, Leera and I gazed at the door wide eyed. I immediately pulled the covers to cover our naked bodies.

"Shit you should've locked the door" Tyler said covering his eyes with his hands.

"You should've knocked!" Leera yelled rolling her eyes.

I sighed. "I didn't know you were here, ty"

Still covering his eyes, "I just arrived a few minutes ago and I bumped into Trish so I invited her over"

"Trish? Trish is here?" I witted.

Tyler nodded, saying "She wants to talk to you about something too" then he closed the door leaving Leera and I alone again. She looked at me then I shrugged. "I'll just talk to her for a sec"

"Go" she said. I clambered to my feet, lugging in the clothes that was scattered on the floor. I hurried not wanting to make both of the girls wait. I opened the door and went to the living room. As I glanced up, I saw Trish standing beside Tyler. They were busy chatting about something I couldn't clearly hear.

"Hey" I said. I walked closer making their attention to me. Trish smiled meeting my gaze. "Sorry to disturb you guys" she said. I nodded in response.

"It's no big deal" Tyler said gazing at Trish like she's the most beautiful person in this planet. Well, it's true.

I leaned on the wall and crossed my arms over my chest. "What brought you here?" I asked.
