Hey guys! I'm excited for this chapter and I hope you are too. Sadly I planned the rest of the book out and there should only be about five or six more chapters before this book is over. I don't know about you guys but I'm quite upset about it ending. Because it's coming to an end the chapters are probably gonna be longer and more descriptive.
Chapter 32
~Nico's POV~
When the darkness disappears we're all standing on deck of the Argo II. How did we get here?
"Come on we have to leave." Harry says looking around worriedly. "Death Eaters will be searching for us." Leo nods and runs off to control the ship.
"Well that was a total bust." I say sitting down on the floor.
"No it wasn't, we got Jason and Thalia back didn't we?" Annabeth says leaning against the rail.
"Yeah but now they know we're searching for all the missing demigods." I say looking back to land as we sail away. Soon we lift into the air and Leo joins us again.
"About that.." Jason says suddenly. "Me and Thalia think we know what's going on."
"Obviously these kids are being brainwashed by the enemy. We all know most of these kids, they are good people who are on our side. They would never join the enemy and fight against us intentionally." Thalia says from beside Jason.
"Well if what you're saying is true, the only way to save them is to find Hecates Island, gain her trust, and find where these kids are being kept." Percy says. Everyone nods in agreement and then we all head of to bed. According to Leo we should reach Hecates Island by noon tomorrow.

~The Next Day, Still Nico's POV~
I stare at the Island curious of what's on it.
This morning I was woken up by Leo tinkering with metal pieces and then I couldn't fall back asleep so I kept him company until everyone else was awake. We had a quick breakfast and then prepared for Hecates Island.
Just like Leo said, around noon the island came into view and now we're just waiting to land. We land in the water and slowly move closer to shore. Once we hit land we all climb off the ship and get weapons out just in case.
I look around in amazement. This place is beautiful. Full of nature. Half the island seems to be made up off forest while the other half is mountains. They seem to be seperated by a river.
"So where do we go?" I ask turning to Annabeth. She's the one who said we needed to come here. Hopefully she has a plan.
"Well according to this book about the island we have to pick the path of our choice." She says reading a page of the book she brought. She closes it and stuffs it in her bag.
"What paths?" Jason asks looking around confused.
"Those." She says pointing in front of us. Three path's appear. One seems to lead through the forest, one through the mountains, and the one in the middle follows along the river.
"Which one should we take?" I ask nervously. I really have a bad feeling about this place.
"My guess would be follow the river." Annabeth says and Percy nods probably pleased to be able to be near water.
"Well then lets go." Thalia says taking the lead. Everyone else follows behind her and I take up the rear.

~Annabeth's POV~
As we walk I flip through the pages of my book. I want to kow anything and everything about this place. I want to be prepared for whatever may happen.
I know there should be a a series of challanges we're gonna face. If we make it through all the challanges alive we should end up at Hecates palace. Hopefully she'll think we are worthy of her help.
I recall everything I know to the others quickly and then we fall silent, the only sound is our footsteps and whatever animals live on the island.
Eventually the path we're on ends and the river is in front of us. We can't go around it.
"Great," Thalia mutters under her breath. "Now what?"
"Never underestimate a son of Hephaestus." Leo perks up smirking. He spins in a cirle look at our surroundings. "Give me ten minutes." He says walking over to the trees, bamboo trees. He pulls a small hand saw from his magic tool belt and quickly starts gathering bamboo. Next he gathers vines and sticks.
He turns his back to us while he works and no one says anything allowing him to concentrate. His hands work quickly and steadily while he blocks out everything but the supplies at hand.
"Done." He says standing back and letting us admire his handywork. He managed to make a very sterdy looking raft to help us across the river.
"Will it hold us?" Hermione asks looking concerned. Leo nods and starts pushing it towards the water. Percy, Harry, Ron, and Nico help him and in no time at all it's in the river and one by one we carfully get on it.
"So I guess now all we can do is wait." Jason says sitting down. I nod and follow his example.
Soon we're all sitting down talking and discussing plans. Hopefully the challanges are easy and this will be over before we know it.
With our luck this could be the hardest quest ever.
