We fly to London

Chapter Six.

Annabeth

Last night was amazing. The date made me realize just how much I love Percy. I've had a crush on him since we were twelve and went on our first quest together. At the end of the Titan war when he was telling me about when he bathed in the river Styx, he told me I was his life line, the thing that kept him alive. Of course I smiled at that and he thought I was laughing at him, so I kissed him. We were finally together then Hera took him away for eight months which made me realize I don't want to live without him. That date last night made me realize he's my life line.

Oh gods hanging out with piper is making me soft. If you ever tell anyone about what I just said I will murder you.

Anyway... After the date I had a hard time getting to sleep, I had to much on my mind but when I finally did get to sleep it was a peaceful and dreamless night which doesn't happen vary often for demigods.

When I woke up I was in an amazingly happy mood, I was humming happily to myself while I made my bed which made my brothers and sisters look at me weird. I shrug it off and get dressed for the quest in jean shorts, an orange Camp Half-Blood t-shirt, and Percy's gray jacket left unzipped.

"Well don't you look cute." Someone says from behind me. I turn around and see a smirking Percy. "Is that my jacket?"

"Yup." I say smiling.

"I guess you can keep it because you look better in it than I did." He says sitting on my bed.

"Thanks but I was gonna keep it anyways." I say smirking. Before he can protest I drag him out of my cabin. "Come one seaweed brain lets go to breakfast."

We walk to the dinning pavilion holding hand, swinging our arms back and forth happily.

When we enter the pavilion someone shouts, "hey look its the love birds!" Another kid shouts, "how was your date last night, I hope you didn't do anything inappropriate."

I blush and hide my face in Percy's shoulder. He wraps his arm around me and kisses my head. He leads me to his table and we eat breakfast together despite the rules.

After breakfast we walk up the hill with the entire camp following behind us. Everyone else going on the quest is already there waiting with Chiron.

The flying chariot that the Ares cabin and the Apollo cabin fought over is also there is filled with our stuff that's gonna be filled by two Pegasus.

"Alright heroes, the Pegasus' know where they're going. You'll find your train tickets in Annabeth's bag."Chiron explains, everyone nods but Leo who complains.

"Why does Annabeth get to keep the tickets."

"Because Annabeth is responsible and mature." Percy says helping me into the Pegasus. Leo sticks his tongue out at Percy and climbs on his flying horse. Soon everyone is ready and on a Pegasus but Percy who's looking around. I look around as well and notice there isn't a horse for him.

He whistles a loud New York taxi whistle and Blackjack swoops down and lands next to Percy.

"Yo boss you need a ride?" Blackjack asks landing next to me. I nod and climb on his back. "Before we leave can I get a doughnut?"

"No, we can get doughnuts in London." I say out loud getting me some strange looks.

"Do they even have doughnuts in London?"

"Yes Blackjack they have doughnuts in London." I say getting annoyed.
