Hey guys!  Sorry if it isn't as long as you were hoping for but theres new important information in this chapter. This book is about to get really interesting. So be excited! Also once again please read my best friend Hannah's stories. @HANNAHISEPIIC

Seeing as this story will be coming to an end soon but there might be a sequel depending on how I end this one.

*Chapter 29*

~Jason's POV~

"Thalia what are you doing here?" I ask hugging my sister.

"I went looking for you after you got taken but then I sorta got taken." She says pursing her lips together. "You need to tell me what happened." She demands taking my hand and sitting down on the floor pulling me with her.

"Um I was at Camp Half-Blood and I thought I figured out what was happening to all the demigods. I left the camp and ended up getting hit with a spell before I made it to Camp Jupiter." I begin to tell her. "When I woke up I was here. The snake-like-man said that I knew to much and then he begin asking me questions I didn't know the answer to. Every time I didn't give him an answer he tortured me with a curse he called the Crucio curse."

I grimace at the memory. I was in so much pain and there was nothing I could do about it.

"It's ok Jason, were gonna get out of here." Thalia says comforting me. "I need you to tell me what you think is happening to the demigods."

I take a deep breath and nod. "All these demigods go missing on quests to try and find other missing demigods." I begin. Thalia nods but keeps silent. "Well wherever these demigods are going they can't be found easily. When others search for it they end up going missing as well."

"So what's your theory?" Thalia asks getting impatient.

"My theory is someone, most likely a wizard, erases their memories and he's keeping them all someone isolated." I explain. "About a week ago Reyna found one of the campers who went missing. He was talking about getting revenge on the gods and saying the gods are evil. He asked Reyna to join their side, the 'good' side." I put quotes around good because they're on the bad side. "Obviously their being brainwashed into thinking we're the enemy."

"Ok, why didn't Reyna tell us about this demigod she found?" Thalia asks confused.

"She wanted to see if she could figure it out on her own. You know how much pride Reyna has."

"Ok so the demigods are being captured and brainwashed, but why?" She asks.

"I don't know, to gain an army, to bring our numbers down, it could be anything."

"Well I found something out too." Thalia says smiling like she won the lottery, It must be something important.



~Annabeth's POV~

"You wanted me Annabeth?" Leo asks coming up next to me as I lean on the ship railing.

"Yeah I need you to gather everyone for a meeting." I say still deep in thought.

"Ok, what's it about?" He asking leaning on the rail now.

"Just gather everyone, I'll tell you then." I say. I smile at him before heading the direction of the meeting room.

I sit at the head of the long wood table waiting for the others to join me.

One by one everyone enters the room and sits. Percy sits at the other end of the table, facing me. I smile at him before I clear my throat and begin speaking. "I bet you're all wondering why I called this meeting." I say receiving a bunch of answer mainly consisting of 'Yes'.

"Well I stayed up all night reading about anything that could possibly help us on the quest." I fold my hands in front of my on the table. "I learned that when we reach Hecates Island we will enter a cave and follow it until we come out at the other side of the island. There we will find Hecate and ask for her help."

"Sounds simple enough." Frank says shrugging.

"Well in order to get through this underground cave we will be faced with many challenges that test our strengths and our weaknesses. This is the part where most people die." I bite my lip waiting for someone to back out. No one does. "If we survive Hecate will most likely give us help."

"Most likely?" Ron asks confused.

I nod. "There is mo guarantee she'll help us. We can only hope." Everyone shares a look that says 'We could do all this for nothing'. "But I did read something about if you bring her a  girft she'll help."

"Great so lets buy her something from the dollar store and put a bow on it." Leo says chuckling.

"I wish it was that easy." I sigh and rub my temple feeling a headache coming. "She wants specific things, things that will help her too."

"But what?" Piper asks confused.

"That's what we need to figure out, but for now Leo set course for California." I say. He looks at me confused. "I think I may know where Thalia and Jason are." I smile at the enthusiasm on his face. "Percy how long should it take us to get to California?"

Percy closes his eyes for a second and then  opens them smiling. "We should get there by about noon tomorrow."

"Excellent." I say. "Lets get some sleep so we'll be ready for tomorrow." 

Everyone stands up excited to find Thalia and Jason. 

Percy walks me to my room and says goodnight before going to his own. I sit at my desk and begin doing more research for the quest. 

After only about twenty pages my eyes begin to droop and I fall asleep with my head on the book. 

Tomorrow we find our friends.
