*Chapter Twenty Three*

~Thalia's POV~

I ended up staying at Camp Half-Blood for three days. The whole time I was healing I could only think of one person, Jason. Despite what everyone says I know he's in trouble and I have to help my brother.

I look out the infirmary window and see it's night. I make sure everyone in the infirmary is sleeping before I sling my legs over the side of my cot, slip my combat boots on and then stand up.

I make sure not to make a sound as I fill a bag with gold drachmas, mortal money, and some ambrosia and nector.

I slip out amd move silently but quickly through the camp. The rest of the hunters have already left camp to help lady Artemis so all my stuff is in my fathers cabin. I gather extra clothes, my weapons and anything else I'll need. Then I find a piece of paper and a pen. I scribble down a few lines and leave it out in plain sight for someone to find.

With that I walk up Half-Blood hill stopping at my tree to look back down at the sleeping camp before I make my way through the woods.

~Piper's POV~

It's been three days since Thalia's attack and I still can't stop thinking about what she said about Jason, what if she's right and he's in danger, what if he never made it back to the Roman camp?

I decide to go visit Thalia in the infirmary and ask her about it. I slip on some shoes and grab a jacket because it's still early in the morning and it's a bit chilly.

I sneak out of the Aphrodite cabin so as not to wake my brothers and sisters.

I hurriedly head to the infirmary only to find Thlaia's cot empty.

"Hey Will where's Thalia?" I ask as he replaces a campers bandage on his leg.

"Hmm?" he asks looking up from the campers leg. He looks at Thalia's cot and his eyes widen. "She was here last night. Maybe one if my brothers or sisters released her."

I nod and leave the infirmary. I go to Artemis cabin only to find it empty.

"They left yesterday on important business." Annabeth says coming up beside me. I nod and look around wandering where else Thalia could be. "What's wrong?" Annabeth asks concerned.

"I can't find Thalia." I answer, my eyes scanning over the camp.

"Isn't she in the infirmary?" Annabeth asks. I shake my head no.

"I checked this morning but she wasn't there, so I came here and as you just said no ones here." I explain sighing.

"Maybe she's in Zeus' cabin?" Annabeth suggests. "Come on let's go look."

We make our way to Zeus' cabin without saying a word.

~Annabeth's POV~

"It's empty." Piper says looking around the cabin that looks like no one has been in it for a while. From the corner of my eye a see something white. I turn around and see a piece of paper folded in half sitting in the corner of the room.

I walk over to it and unfold it. I skim through it quickly and look up to see Piper starring at me.

"What's that?" She asks nodding at the paper.

"A note, gather the others and meet me at the Big House, I have to speak with Chiron." I say before rushing out of the cabin leaving Piper behind confused.

I rush to the Big House and bang on the door until Chiron answers.

"Annabeth what's wrong?" He asks his eyes full of concern.

"We have to wait for the others but Thalia knows something about the disappearances of the campers."

"Really?" He asks shocked.

"I think so." I hand him the piece of paper I found in the cabin. He frowns while reading it. Before anything else is said Piper, Leo, Grover, Percy, Hermione, Ginny, Ron, Lilly, Nico and Harry come in with confusion written all over their faces.

"Annabeth what's this about?" Percy asks stepping forward.

"Thalia has left and me and Piper found a this." I say holding up the paper.

"What is that?" Leo asks.

"A note." I answer.

"Which says?" Ron questions growing impatient.

I clear my throat before reading aloud. "I left because he's in danger, I got a dream last night about Jason and I think I know where he is, I may not remember the night of my attack but this dream helped me remember something important. Jason knows why the campers are disappearing now I must find him and get the answer." I look at everyone's reactions. Their all shocked and Piper looks like she may cry. "It's signed Honorary Lieutenant of the hunters, Thalia."

"So Jason knows why the campers are disappearing but he went missing so Thalia is going to look for him?" Harry says. I nod grimly and everyone starts talking at once.

"Silence!" Chiron shouts to quiet us all down. We all look at him expectantly. "Lilly, Ginny, Ron, Nico and Piper go to Camp Jupiter and search for Jason and Thalia there. Percy, Annabeth, Harry, Hermione, and Leo go to Olympus and alert Zeus of his missing children and ask Artemis if she can lend us some hunters to search for them." Chiron instructs separating us into groups. We all nod and immediately set out.

"Ok guys let's go to Olympus." I say leading my group.

Oh my gods I am so sorry for taking so long to update and its kinda a crappy chapter but its not my fault. This chapter was originally longer and more descriptive but my phone didn't save it so I had to completely restart and it just didn't turn out as good as the original.

I'll try to update again soon but I'm going through a lot of crap at home and school so its a bit hard to find the time to write plus I just found out I'm failing science so I really need to get that grade up cause I have all A's and then an F!
