Many of us feel like we aren't good enough and many of the common phrases people use that we interact with daily for example have an effect and a cause to those thoughts and feelings.
We think that when we fail at something, we should automatically assume that we are a "failure" but in all reality we may have made many mistakes in our lives (and will continue making more mistakes in the future) and fail at other things, we aren't defined by them.
Yeah part of being human is making mistakes. And being able to identify that we aren't defined by the bad things we do, we are then able to start working towards inner peace and acceptance. We are able to slowly, gradually let go of our old thoughts, patterns and beliefs and start retraining our brain to become mentally healthy!
How am I ever so easily able to inspire the relatable things of mental health and mental illness? Well that's cuz I went through a couple episodes of depression and suffered with my anxiety, and on top of that once regaining some particular memories back, coming to realize I was already mentally ill way before I originally thought. Probably around middle school most likely! I just didn't know it because of my lack of education on mental health and mental illness.
