We all have to deal with our own lives forever. But so many of us who lack the right and healthy education including emotional intelligence and mental health, don't respond, react, and treat their own selves and others with the respect, care, treatment, and love that everyone deserves.
These kinds of people don't know how important self love and overall self care is in the health area. To be healthy as a human being, both physical, mental and emotional health has to be healthy. Not one that is unhealthy will have the others as healthy.
If one or two are unhealthy, the other will suffer and be affected negatively. We all know that who practice self care and positive mental health overall maintain a positive mental health.
We need to change this in a positive yet inspiring way. Anyone have any suggestions, ideas, thoughts, etc?
